"Hotel had plenty of parking and is a few kilometers out of Alcala, the walk into Alcala is quite pleasant through residential areas and parks. We had a lovely meal in the hotel during the evening we were there. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Dogs were not permitted in the restaurant area( not unusual in Spain) but there was an outside area and a lounge area where dogs were welcome. "

"There is air conditioning and everything, but shower, big bed, TV, natural light through ceiling window. You just have to put your room key and then you can control it with a remote. Very quiet and very beautiful place."

"We got the Superior Double Room. SO spacious with lots of amenities. The rooms are very clean and quiet. Loved the stay. The only comment I have is that we could not get a proper invoice at checkout (because we booked through Expedia). Other hotels provide that (as evidence that one has stayed at the hotel), even when the balance is zero. A small issue in the big scheme of things."

"Great place, (showers, air conditioning) helpful staff and about 20 min walk to the centre of Alcalá. Nice Spanish breakfast. Only thing was the beds. Very hard. Need pillow topper. Overall very good! Recommended."
