"Great location, however wasnt advertised as a student hub. Very busy at times with events and parties. Not what we were looking for. Excellent upstairs bar was nice for a drink or two. Would recommend for younger travellers."

"The rooms are quite nice, I had a balcony room and it was fantastic for the views. The elevators ruined the experience for me. Being on the top level meant only one of the two elevators serviced my floor, and even walking up or down another flight to access the second elevator still meant I was waiting 5+ minutes for an elevator almost every time. Parking situation is abysmal, don’t even try to get into their garage unless you’re driving a mini. I parked at Charing Cross, but ended up paying the full price for parking as their validation wasn’t working. Hopefully, I’ll get a refund, as it was double the rate advertised."
