"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. One of the highlights was the continental breakfast—they offered a great variety of items, so there was something for everyone to enjoy each morning. It was a convenient and enjoyable way to start the day. The hotel is affordable, especially considering the quality of the accommodations and amenities. It’s located in a safe neighborhood and is within walking distance of downtown Mountain View, making it easy to explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions. They have free parking as well. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was well located and nicely updated for an older hotel. Front office Staff was not very helpful or cooperative when asked for room change or late check out. Also, on first morning at noon, we had note under door saying we were too late for Maid service. Note that specific maid service timing was not posted anywhere in room. But when we talked directly to maid it was no problem & her service was excellent."

"Surprised and disappointed that they charged $10 per night to park which they had not done in the past. Street parking is problematic and dangerous. Just be transparent and include it in the charge up front!"

"Really limited amenities. The room was nice but basic. No lights by the bed. There were reading lights but no bulbs. No info on the tv .. there was a remote behind the tv that allowed Netflix etc but we stumbled around to find it. Minimal towels .. nice breakfast in the morning and coffee .. it was quiet and it worked for our needs . My husband was in Stanford for a procedure."
