"We had a very nice room on the 8th floor. The breakfast was reasonably priced and of very high quality. The staff helped us a lot arranging the day trip to Taroko National Park, and another 1/2 day trip. This was the perfect 3-day stay in Hualien."

"Old hotel. Air conditioning unit in my room stop working for consecutive two days during the middle of night. It greatly impacted my sleep in hot summer days. Problem was reported and fixed in first day but it was apparently not a permanent fix. In addition to unbearable temperatures, the smell of the room aggravated the situation."

"Quite clean and very easy access to everywhere ….a coin laundry just cross the road~easy check in and nice staff. Not every room but my room’s window probably not very soundproof, I could hear the streets and raining dropping from surrounding. If you are a sound sleeper then you are good, or you can ask them to give you a backstreets room!"
