N'a pas pu y accéder, la personne a annulé la réservation au dernier moment, obligé de ce tourner vers un hôtel après 22 h de route. Je veux un remboursement.

Appartement non conforme aux photos presentees sur le site. Accueil correct mais locaux tres sales, limite a rester.

12 jours après, je suis toujours en attente du remboursement de la location au vu de l'état déplorable du logement dans lequel je n'ai pu rester et d'en avoir informé Abritel le soir même Je dénonce les marchands de sommeil ou à ce qui s'y apparente et dénonce Abritel qui en devient complice au vu de leur comportement. Merci de votre aide pour me dire comment faire contre ce genre de location qui ne sont pas tolérables
