If you are looking for a unique accommodation in the heart of the city but away from potential nuisances, if you like the mix of old and contemporary, you will appreciate to have found this apartment for your stay of a few days or weeks.

On the 3rd floor of the condominium without elevator, the apartment of 34m2 is composed as follows:
- a functional living room with a 120cm wide sofa bed
- a fully equipped kitchen area (oven, microwave, kettle, hotplates, Nespresso machine, washing machine...)
- a sleeping area with a 140cm wide bed
- a bright and spacious bathroom

Whether you are in Rennes on business, on a family vacation or for a weekend, you will be welcomed in a personalized way by a person from the Cocoonr Rennes agency who will present you the accommodation, the surroundings and will answer any questions you may have.

Sheets and towels of 4/5 star hotel quality are provided as well as tea towels, bath mats and some welcome products. The bed is made on your arrival: all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your stay in the accommodation. Wifi access is free.

Buses and the metro are 5 minutes away on foot. The closest station is Sainte-Anne, a few stops from the Gares station (accessible in 5 minutes via the metro). If you come by car, the Lices parking lot is less than 5 minutes away on foot.

Le Petit Marius "- accueil plus que passable de l'hôte : mauvaise adresse indiquée sur l'annonce, attente non annoncée, aucune aide proposée pour porter les bagages dans une cour pavée et un escalier instable. - ménage négligé à mon arrivée : présence de poussière sous le lit, sous le canapé et sur le haut du réfrigérateur ; le joint de la paroi de baignoire est à changer ; velux non nettoyés ; bac de la cafetière non vidé. - un interrupteur ne fonctionne pas et un des radiateurs est sur le déclin. - parties communes de l'immeuble non entretenues : déjections de pigeons, escaliers en mauvais état. - ces éléments mis à part, l'appartement est fonctionnel et très bien situé dans le vieux quartier de Rennes. Proximité des commerces et principaux centres d'intérêt."

Le Petit Marius "aspect très repoussant de l'environnement : très vieux très dégradé - pas de rénovation de la cour, du passage, de l'escalier, pas de lumière dans une partie de l'escalier - escalier très très vieux donnant l'impression qu'il allait s'effondrer (une marche est totalement décrochée) - jonché de fientes de pigeons - à l'heure de la grippe aviaire, difficile de rentrer avec des chaussures dans l'appartement après ça. Comme tous les appartements sont visiblement chez vous, ne pas faire d'effort à ce point là sur l'arrivée qui donne tout de même la première impression, est indigne. dans le logement, très peu de vue extérieure, sauf les vélux de toit extrêmement sales. Très déçue je ne recommanderai pas ce lieu. Je pense même prévoir un appart hôtel la prochaine fois."

Le Petit Marius "Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, bonne communication avec notre hôtesse d'accueil. Le logement est particulièrement bien placé, dans un superbe écrin en plein centre ville. Proximité immédiate de la place Sainte Anne, Mairie, Parlement, et de pleins de restos et bars au top. Le logement lui même est très agréable, lumineux, bien équipé. À noter que le lit est situé tout juste en haut des petites marches qu'on aperçoit sur les photos, à ne pas oublier en se levant... L'espace dans la chambre étant assez réduit. Petit bémol pour le parking si vous venez en voiture, nous avons dû jongler avec les parking relais en prenant le métro et revenir garer la voiture pour la nuit en centre ville sinon financièrement ça devient vite très cher ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour un prochain séjour rennais."

Le Petit Marius Aïcha nous a accueilli vraiment de façon très sympathique et a été aux petits soins pour nous. Situé au plein coeur de Rennes, l'appartement est dans un écrin de verdure. Très joliment décoré et fonctionnel, l'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description.
