If you are looking for a unique accommodation in the heart of the city but away from potential nuisances, if you like the mix of old and contemporary, you will appreciate to have found this apartment for your stay of a few days or weeks.

On the 3rd floor of the condominium without elevator, the apartment of 34m2 is composed as follows:
- a functional living room with a 120cm wide sofa bed
- a fully equipped kitchen area (oven, microwave, kettle, hotplates, Nespresso machine, washing machine...)
- a sleeping area with a 140cm wide bed
- a bright and spacious bathroom

Whether you are in Rennes on business, on a family vacation or for a weekend, you will be welcomed in a personalized way by a person from the Cocoonr Rennes agency who will present you the accommodation, the surroundings and will answer any questions you may have.

Sheets and towels of 4/5 star hotel quality are provided as well as tea towels, bath mats and some welcome products. The bed is made on your arrival: all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your stay in the accommodation. Wifi access is free.
