Very easy to deal with and obviously very proud of their residence. All of our rooms and bathrooms were well designed and beautifully appointed as were the dining / living rooms. The location of the Residence is without doubt the best in Vienna. We were one block away from the Sacher Hotel and the Vienna...

"The hostel is located very close to U bahn. It was easy to reach the city center and all touristic destinations. Towels and bed sheets however smells very bad and replacements were pretty much the same. Last day the boiler providing hot water for showers and central heating was not working. The contact number provided was unreachable I dont recommed this place to stay for long accommodations"
