Find Hotel with a Concierge in Reno, NV

"I stayed here just to use the property as a hotel, not for the casino. The hotel is in a separate building, which is ideal for this purpose. The rooms are large, clean, and nicely remodeled. I could not find a good "hotel-only" property for a similar price. The room had a good-sized refrigerator and a Keurig coffeemaker, but there is no microwave because they want you to eat in the casino's restaurants (which is.understandable)."

"The SPA garbage cans were all overflowing; I had a couple's massage, and my massage therapist smelled like last night's leftover alcohol bucket :( All the lines to check into our room were a mile long, forcing us to leave for the SPA so we wouldn't be late to our appointments. It was a drag for real!"

"Love this place! We’ve stayed there several times, and every time has been fantastic. Walking distance to so many great places to eat and drink. Walk along the river. Enjoy the speakeasy. Such a unique and fun place to stay that isn’t a casino!"

"I should have read the room description closer, but the spa suite no longer has a jacuzzi tub. I was disappointed our room was shorted acoffe pid. We asked the front desk for more so we would have it in the morning. It never arrived. The drain in the shower was clogged. I thought it was kind of cheap of the hotel to charge $25 to check in an hour early. I'm the past, if the room was ready and you arrived a little early, it wasn't am issue. Most importantly, we hated the kiosk check in. It didn't work, and we had to get a person to help anyway. Very impersonal and apopr wsy to do business. "

"The rooms were OK. Multiple elevators broke down the night that we stayed there and I got stuck in one of the elevators. It was hot and I ended up having a panic attack. By the time they opened the door, I was on the 18th floor. I walked up to the 23rd floor. When I called down to ask if the elevators were fixed the front desk person says “I haven’t been told that they were broken.” dismissing my concerns about getting on a broken elevator. They should have a warning that they have old elevators that may break down. There were other guests that were also stuck in the elevator. One guest was stuck for over an hour. The staff dismissed it like it happens all the time. There was no empathy from any of the staff that I talked to, except for the security officer. "

"Room was musty upon check in don’t think anything of it told hubby to turn on the air. We stayed at that hotel due to a wedding. After the wedding at 11pm the room wouldn’t get colder than 71. We had a few drinks tried to go to sleep, figuring eventually the room would cool. The pillows sucked they seem fluffy until you put your head on it and it goes completely flat. Try layering two, then it’s too much. By 1am my husband was so uncomfortable and so was I we decided to just go back home. Went to the front told them about the AC and that we just wanted to go and were disappointed since we came for a wedding and it was a night away from the kids. The front desk lady seemed like she didn’t care, she said ok I’ll have someone check the air when I’m done with my audit. Meanwhile there is a RAVE happening! We Couldn’t hear it on our 8th floor room but leaving the hotel at 1 am trying to go down the sidewalk that had tons of people wasn’t that great. This is my second time here and sadly I won’t be back. Our room this time had a working toilet fan but the time before (1 month prior to this visit) the fan didn’t work and the fan in the brides suite also didn’t work, which isn’t fun if you have a nervous poo plus people trying to get ready. "
