"This is a wonderful private chalet bungalow, with every amenity, in an elegant style with 1st class hosts. Small village where you can walk to the boulangerie/boucherie and supermarket and only 10 mins from Hardelot Chateau/golf and 25 mins from Le Touquet. Given the perfect presentation, great location and thoughtful hosts, this is the best value stay we've ever had."

"We have just returned home from a wonderful 5 night stay in Beussent. The village is lovely and peaceful with a lovely stream running through. The house itself was great, a little small upstairs and I did feedback that they should advertise bedroom 2 as interconnecting. This is ideal for families with smaller children but with 3 teenagers - not ideal. The downstairs space and garden was perfect. We visited Montreuil many times and beautiful Le Touquet. Would 100% return and the weather was HOT!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage and premises were very nice with a lovely pool. Very convenient and near to other attractions, lovely walks and beaches. However, we are older visitors, one who has poor health and we needed a restful and peaceful stay. Although it was lovely to have children around in the other four cottages, there were a quite a lot, 11 in total and at the same time as ourselves which did impact on our daily plans. We would like to come again but not during school...

"Just spent a week here with extended family. Really pleased with the gite and the tennis and swimming pool on site were a great bonus. Really kept 5 teenagers busy! Lovely garden to sit in and 2 little Shetland ponies in a next-door field. The site has electric gates so you feel Safe. 20 mins to fab beach at Hardelot. 30 mins to Wimereux. Very quiet, tranquil village. Felt safe. "

"Ideal location for the good quality golf courses in the area. Whilst this is a good property there were a few areas that we thought could be improved on. We arrived on a Sunday evening and shops are closed in France. A welcome pack with a few essentials would be appreciated. Listing on VRBO advised that towels were provided, none in the gite, not even a tea towel for drying up. Outside areas could do with a tidy and the grass cut and patio furniture requires a clean or an upgrade. On a positive,...

"Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Vor allem der komplett eingezäunte Garten war für unsere Hunde perfekt. Lediglich der Weg zum Strand zieht sich. "This is a very basic apartment and has a very odd damp/mouldy/unaired smell on entering & a little dusty but it was fine & had everything you could need for a short break including an iron & board, hairdryer and kitchen equipment including a coffee maker, toaster & microwave. It was quite small but was enough for 2 adults & a teen. Parking was included & the car was outside the apartment so easy access & secure.
