Very friendly and helpful staff. Cosy hotel / with a funky charme. Located in a great park, outdoor seating for adults and playground for both children and dogs. We were there on a Monday when the 1 ⭐️ restaurant were closed, so we have to come back 😀

A good location just off the motorway. Very nice helpful staff. Good pool with relaxing garden. A short drive into town centre if you need to go shopping. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful night south of Macon

Everything was perfect! Highly recommend for a night in transit from north to south or east to west of France. Dinner was outstanding.

The hotel is not fancy but the service is impeccable. Very attentive welcome and service. The same service attitude is also in the Michelin-star hotel restaurant. The food is worth is trip! Highly recommended.

Average hotel quality. Bath/shower with no curtain. Had to ask for milk for tea. Restaurant very good. We were charged for 4 cocktails instead of 2, and it took 2 phone calls for them to issue a reimbursement cheque instead of recrediting our account. Unimpressive.

Very good hotel

Very good hotel. We received upgrade: bigger room. Very comfortable, clean, nice furniture, very well decorated, big bathroom. Good location, less than 10mn drive to downtown. Excellent breakfast. There is a Michelin restaurant as well. Very professional staff. I highly recommend the hotel

Comfortable room and bed, but bizarrely, only paper cups for water. A bath, but with a sign saying it must only be used for showers, and an extra quilt on a shelf with a sign saying that use of it would cost €10. Very eccentric.

Service et accueil excellent! Repas du soir au top. Le jardin est très joli et la piscine impeccable! L endroit est vraiment charmant et le personnel est d une gentillesse et d une serviabilité incroyable. Le seul petit bémol serait le bruit de la route à côté qui gâche cette magnifique ambiance. Impossible de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte.

This hotel is a gem. Staff were so friendly, polite and courteous everywhere from reception to restaurant. I have many food allergies and nothing was too much trouble and I was not made to feel awkward. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Food was excellent and imaginative. Waiting staff very knowledgeable. Only downside for us was we didn’t have a shower, only a bath but did not affect our stay. Can’t wait to go back.

Bonito pero sobre valuado

Terrible recepción… la gerente nos recibe diciendo “el check in es las 4 pm, está escrito en la puerta”, llegamos a las 13:30, después de 5 horas de ruta pero eso no le importo porque no nos pregunto nos pidió que volviéramos más tarde sin ofrecer si quiera un vaso con agua. Pagamos por las habitaciones Oro, que incluyen un sofá cama, las habitaciones son más caras obviamente que las otras habitaciones sin sofá cama; pero gran sorpresa cuando nos anunciaron qué hay que pagar 30€ suplementarios para utilizarlo! Otra mala broma es el tener que pagar 10€ suplementarios por utilizar un edredón adicional, hemos pagado 191 euros por habitación, me parece muy exagerado. Otra política irreal es que la piscina está abierta solo de 9 a 11 y de 4 a 7… si viajas con niños explícales que no pueden bañarse cuando hace más calor! Puntos positivos las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, el desayuno muy bueno, pero cuando llegamos no había ya muchas cosas a pesar de haber informado nuestra presencia no había más pan dulce ni cake… los productos son de calidad… el servicio muy lento. En resumen, no volveré por ese servicio prepotente y reglas absurdas… vamos de vacaciones no a un campamento militar
