Fenster und Türen sind einfach verglast und völlig verzogen, so dass man sie nur mit Gewalt öffnen kann.Wenn man die Dusche betätigt, kommt ein übler Geruch aus dem Abfluss und das Wasser läuft nicht ab. Die Wohnung hat eine neue Küchenzeile, eine Klimaanlage und neue Sanitäranlagen. Der Rest des Mobiliars ist mindestens 50 Jahre alt. Es gibt keine...

"Lovely house with incredible views of Rapallo. We did a self check in as we arrived quite late and found it quite easy to find the property and let ourselves in. The house is on a hill top and the road is a bit narrow but doable even in a fairly big car. The house was spotless, clean bedlinen and towels were provided. One of the previous reviews mentioned the oven was broken, we were very pleasantly surprised to find a brand new oven which works perfectly. Overall we had a very nice time and...

"Communication was very good. Property was clean and well-maintained. Proximity to beach was outstanding. It's approx. 1/2 mile to train station, and taxis, if you can find one, are not very interested in transporting you (even though we had a traveler with an injury). Plan ahead."

"This lovely original landhouse is located on a hill where you have an astonishing view on the sea and the coast. You can do lovely walks from there and also down to the village (about 20 minutes). The beach is clean and beautiful. Chiavari and Sestre Levante are places with good restaurants. "

"Very peaceful, clean and cozy. A great walk to town where you can enjoy wonderful Italian food made fresh by locals. Easy access to train to be able to enjoy the other wonderful cities nearby. Host was wonderful!"

Sie ist jedoch sehr zweckmäßig (Wohn-Ess-Raum mit Küche bestehend aus Sofa, Regal, Esstisch, 4 Stühlen), mit Ikea-Möbeln eingerichtet, wenngleich alles Notwendige vorhanden war. Auf den zweiten Blick fehlt es dieser Wohnung an Gemütlichkeit (Beleuchtung, Wohnzimmertisch). Ein riesiger Nachteil ist, dass entgegen der Beschreibung im Inserat, KEIN Parkplatz am Haus zur Verfügung...

"We enjoyed two weeks in this spacious cozy apartment looked after by very warm and helpful landlords. The place is an ideal starting point for many trips in the Region: Genua - whale watching - hiking - beach … and then rest and relax and enjoy the rural and quiet area."

"They had a big SNAKE in the yard which gave us a super unsafe feeling and we left the property right away. The landlord wasn’t negotiable and responsible about this issue. I don’t recommend this property to anyone…"
