The 65 sqm semi-detached house is located in a quiet, beachfront small cottage area. Here you can hear the sound of the sea and make yourself comfortable in every season. The house was newly renovated in early 2019 family-friendly in country house style. Two separate bedrooms with a double bed (180x200 cm) or 2 single beds offer enough space for 4 people. In addition to the bedrooms is a shower room with toilet on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet and the open living / dining area with fully equipped kitchen. The exterior of the house includes a parking space and a shed. The small hedged garden with terrace and barbecue area offers rest and relaxation. Garden furniture and two beach chairs are of course available.
