Excellent private chalet, kitchen and pantry with duplex refrigerator, 4 burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, orange squeezer, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, with all the necessary utensils for a gourmet kitchen (stainless steel pans, plates, glasses , bowls, cutlery and etc), with salamander in the attached pantry with table and chairs. The queen bedroom (with cooler sheets for the colder days) with fireplace, minibar, table and chairs for two, Sky TV with full package from Sky, balcony with hammock on charming property at 1250 meters high facing forest reserve of Atlantic Forest, 150 meters from the Maringá Gastronomic Walkway and 150 meters from the Natural Pool. Leave your car in the garage and enjoy walking to Centrinho, a river bath or strolling around to see restaurants, bars and shops.
