"Friendly staff, great location for us - easy walk to trams, great eateries and supermarket close by - clean room that had everything we needed, easy check in and out. Only small grizzle was the shower which was a little unpredictable in temperature at times (but not annoying enough to stop us from staying with you again)"

"This is a really nice hotel to stay at, conveniently located for both driving and public transport. It's also sat on top a pub which is great! Staff were always friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is clean and feels modern. My room wasn't the biggest, but plenty large enough as a base from which to explore Melbourne. The guest laundry is well stocked with washers, dryers, irons and detergent. It can get a little noisy at times as it's sat right next to a busy road, but mostly wasn't too bad, and generally coincides with rush hour. Good value for money and would return in the future. "

"The premises is basic, bit daggy and older but totally fine for the reasonable price! Its clean, has stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, cutlery and crockery which is very handy, but the main thing that impressed me was how incredibly friendly and wonderful all the staff were! We dealt with 3 reception staff during our stay, every single one were the MOST wonderful friendly and helpful people I've ever encountered, I was really impressed and it really made my stay! "
