"We stayed for short break at Christmas. Everything we needed, the kitchen was well perfect, and felt so homely. Lovely touches, mince pies left, stock of wood for fire, waste bags, salt pepper, milk... Just the little things. Truly happy, and now relaxed after lovely break. "This lodge is amazing. It is so spacious and very clean. Lovely views from the back decking. The hot tub is a bonus. The lodge is very child friendly and has everything you could possibly need when travelling with young children. Our two young family members (ages 5 and 18months) particularly enjoyed the upstairs playroom. Also, plenty of activities available on the site (pool, sauna etc). Communication with the hosts was excellent. Questions were answered without delay. Overall, I would highly recommend this lodge, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
