When we checked into the room, we found the clipped nails of past guests. the pillows were torn. the blanket is dirty. the bathroom is very dirty and smelly. my family and I stayed for 7 days, we did not change bed linen even once. the staff is very arrogant and rude.

Hotel war nix überwältigendes. Personal war heraustragend und sehr freundlich. Zimmer und Flure waren teilweise abgewohnt (Flecken auf dem Teppichboden in den Fluren, Armaturen abgenutzt, Sofasessel beschmutzt, Kofferablage defekt, Kaputte Kleiderbügel mit Verletzungsgefahr)

Der eigene Parkplatz, die Nähe zum Meer, mit 5 Sternen ist das Hotel allerdings überbewertet. Die Liegen am Strand hatten keine Polster und waren sehr hart.

Miran hotel, dobra hrana, ugodno osoblje, uz more

Hotel se nalazi na kraju setnice, nema prevelike buke automobila, osoblje je preljubazno - od recepcije preko managera hotela koji pozdravlja prilikom dorucka i vecere svakog gosta ponaosob, do cistacica; hrana je preukusna (obilna i raznovrsna kako za dorucak tako i za veceru); iskoristili smo i pogodnost da se pridruzimo vodjenoj turi po gradu koja je bila organizirana od strane hotela. Nema mnogo aktivnosti koje hotel pruza kroz dan, ali svatko si moze izabrati provesti dan oko hotelskih bazena ili na samoj plazi gdje su rezervirane lezaljke za goste. Ukoliko niste od kuce rezervirali neki izlet, na raspolaganju je osoba koja sjedi u predvorju hotela i moze vam preporuciti/organizirati neki izlet. Recepcija radi 24h i stoji na usluzi za svako pitanje. S obzirom da smo mi odlazili iz hotela u 6:30 ujutro, cak su nam organizirali dorucak u 6:00, sto je rijetko moguce dozivjeti.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic setting.

A fantastic hotel. Super modern luxe building. Gorgeous pool. Lovely bar and restaurant areas. Fabulous food and drink - especially the cocktails. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean. Great location over the road from the beach. Amazing sunset every night. A real find and very good value for money. Would defintely reccomend.

En slik plass som kunne lagt hvor som helst i varme strøk. All Inclusive fungerer bra, maten er ok+ og underholdningen pluss animation team gjør en strålende jobb for å skape god stemning. Pluss for at all innclusive er All Inclusive. Her er ingen overraskelser eller andle tillegg. "Stranden" nede ved havet er så som så, men det gir ihvertfall en mulighet til å bade i havet. Holder du deg på området til hotellet har du en flott opplevelse - men kanskje verdt å kombinere med et par dager i f.eks Rethymnon når du først er på Kreta.
