Internal Living



The villa unfolds across thoughtfully designed levels, creating a natural flow between indoor and outdoor living.



On the main level, an open-plan living area opens directly onto the pool terrace, filling the space with light and movement. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, smart TV and carefully selected details that invite effortless relaxation. The dining area comfortably seats eight guests and connects seamlessly with the fully equipped one-wall kitchen, designed for practicality and smooth self-catered living.



On this level, a bedroom with a double bed offers direct outdoor access and an en-suite bathroom. A few steps higher, two additional bedrooms are located, one with a double bed overlooking the pool and one with twin beds, which can be converted into a double upon request. Each bedroom features air conditioning, smart TV, open closet space and a private en-suite bathroom with shower.



A fourth bedroom is located outdoors with its own autonomous entrance, offering additional privacy. This independent suite includes a double bed, a single bed, an en-suite bathroom and a mini fridge, making it ideal for guests who value independence while remaining part of the shared experience.



External Living



Outdoor living is central to the villa experience.

A generous private swimming pool of 50 sqm anchors the terrace and can be heated upon request, allowing comfortable swimming beyond the warmer months. The pool features step access and a shallow section suitable for children. Sun loungers and umbrellas surround the pool, creating a relaxed setting for long days under the Cretan sun.



An outdoor seating area with a hammock offers a shaded retreat, while an outdoor shower provides comfort after swimming. Under a wooden pergola, the outdoor dining area is fully equipped for al fresco living, featuring a table for eight, charcoal BBQ, gas grill and outdoor sink. A lawn-covered area adds greenery and space for children to play.



For entertainment, a shaded zone hosts a ping pong table, football table and arcade machine, offering enjoyable moments for guests of all ages. The property is fully fenced with a gated entrance and provides private parking within the premises, ensuring privacy and peace of mind throughout your stay.
