The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. While the rooms themselves were quite pleasant and well-maintained, the buffet offerings were unfortunately below our expectations. We also found the path to the beach to be unclear and somewhat difficult to navigate. Despite these minor drawbacks, the kindness of the staff made for a generally positive experience. We hope future guests will find the directions to the beach more straightforward.

Très bon hôtel

Nous avons passé notre séjour de 10 jours dans cette hôtel. Tres bon accueil, en cas de problème intervention tres rapide de la maintenance. Chambre confortable, petit bémol sur l insonorisation des chambres qui est assez fine. Les repas sont tres bien : bon, varié et a volonté ainsi que les boissons manque peut etre un peu de choix en dessert (c est mon côté sucré qui parle). Niveau propriété nous avons trouvé ca tres bien. Petite mention spéciale pour le personnel de restauration qui est tres serviable et toujours souriant. Nous avons passé un merveilleux sejours, merci a toute l'équipe.

Dieses Hotel bucht man nicht auf Grund seiner Kulinarik. Wer günstig ist Tage auf Kreta verbringen möchte, ist hier richtig. Das Buffet macht einen satt, aber ist sicherlich nicht der Grund hier zu sein. Leider gab es nicht an einem Tag mal was typisches wie Gyros. Das Zimmer war sauber und vollkommen ausreichend. Verwundert waren wir über das Bad. Es war riesig, gab aber nicht mal eine Ablagemöglichkeit für seine Hygienebeutel. Auch gab es keine Möglichkeit sein Handtuch aufzuhängen.

Excellent Hôtel à prix très raisonnable

Hôtel en tout inclus très bon rapport qualité prix! Personnel aimable et accueillant. Chambre assez grande, SDB petite mais on y passe pas la journée non plus! literie confortable avec clim pas très bien située(au-dessus d'un lit), balcon pour étendre les serviette et faire sécher les maillots de bain, mini frigo. Restauration avec des plats chaud qui changent tous les jours, petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de salé et peu de sucré. Boisson à volonté( soda, eau, bière et vin), club sandwich et pâtisserie le matin, glaces et salé l'après midi en libre service. Piscine assez grande et pas surpeuplée, on arrive toujours à trouver un transat. Plage à 5mn à pieds, attention il y a souvent le drapeau rouge donc pas de baignade. Restaurants et boutiques à proximité. Vieille ville de Rethymnon à 15/20 mn en voiture ou bus.

Das gesamte Personal, insbesondere die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant und am Pool, war trotz des hohen Arbeitstempos stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Inhaber des Betriebs kann stolz darauf sein, so engagierte Mitarbeiter zu haben. Die Vielfalt der Speisen war vollkommen in Ordnung. Der Pool war insgesamt ausreichend groß. Die Zimmer hatten eine angemessene Größe und verfügten über einen Balkon. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit des Hotels war auf einem guten Niveau. Das Hotel liegt etwa 4–5 Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt.

Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Πάρα πολύ καθαροί όλοι οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου. Pet friendly. Θα μπορούσε να έχει καλύτερα στρώματα ύπνου. Στο φαγητό υπήρχαν πολλές γευστικές επιλογές, ωστόσο θα μπορούσαν κάποια φαγητά να είναι λίγο καλύτερα.

L’homme à la réception fut très gentil malgré les problèmes de propreté avec la première chambre qui nous fut attribuée. Cet établissement ressemble à une résidence de personnes âgées côté décoration et la nourriture ne fait que remplir l’estomac.

Direkt an einer auch in der Nacht viel befahrenen Straße. Wenn man Pech mit der Zimmerlage hat, kann es schon nerven. Die Wege zum Strand sind sehr klein / eng und nach Sonnenuntergang schlecht beleuchtet.

Wir waren für 10 Tage in diesem Hotel. Aufgrund eines natürlich in der Hochsaison. Dadurch am Tage auf der gesamten Anlage ziemlich laut. Gut war W-Lan in allen Bereichen kostenfrei. Wir hatten AI gebucht. Essen hängt einem irgendwann zum Hals raus, weil es sich dann wiederholt. Getränke zum Durst löschen okay, mehr aber auch nicht (Cola,Cola light, Orangen Brause, ZitronenBrause, Soda Wasser, Wasser mit Geschmack). Cola und Brause kann man nicht mit unseren Standards vergleichen. Alkoholische Getränke: Bier, kann man nicht als solches bezeichnen, nur wenn man Durst hat. Weißwein und Rotwein als AI verfügbar. Schmeckt noch nicht mal wie das von uns aus dem Tetrapak. Cocktails nicht enthalten. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden auch täglich gereinigt.

Ha superato le nostre aspettative

Personale molto disponibile e cordiale. Materasso comodissimo (ho dormito veramente bene). Tutto molto pulito. A due passi dalla spiaggia e a pochi chilometri dal centro storico di Rethimno (raggiungibile in 5 minuti in auto). Cibo buono e vario - menu internazionale, colazione quasi tutta salata (lo dico per gli italiani che preferiscono quella dolce :-)) Piscina bella e pulita Stanza grande e molto ben pulita. Parcheggio gratuito davanti al resort

Es ist perfekt, wenn man bequeme Urlaub machen möchtet. Schöne Anlage in meeresnähe. Küste mit fein Sand, was für Kleinkinder auch geeignet ist. Die Personal sehr freundlich, ausgenommen ein einzige mitarbeiter. Er arbeitet an der Rezeption. Wir haben ein Erdgeschosses Zimmer mit Dusche gebeten, was in der E-Mail auch bestätigt wurde. Trotzdem wollte er uns ein Zimmer auf dem dritten Stockwerk geben. Er hat gesagt, was ich möchte, das gibt es nicht. 30 Minuten lang haben wir miteinander gekämpft, und endlich haben wir das gewünschte Zimmer doch bekommen.

Hotellin hintalaatusuhde hyvä. All inclusive ruoka tosin oli melko mautonta mutta hintaansa nähden hyvä paketti ja kun hinta oli varsin kohtuullinen ei haitannut käydä syömässä välillä muualla.

Ich bin Wiederholungstäter. Dieses Hotel ist einfach schön. Gutes Essen, das sich an der kretischen Küche orientiert. Gute Lage, da man mit dem alle 30 Minuten nach Rethymno fahren kann. Zuvorkommender Service und freundliches Personal. Wenn man bedenkt, was man zahlt, wird man beschämt!

Molto carino ma migliorabile con poco

Hotel 3 stelle pulito nelle aree comuni con personale gentilissimo e cibo buono.peccato che la colazione dolce sia quasi inesistente e non passino il doccia schiuma e lo shampoo rispondendo di andarlo a comprare per conto nostro.la domenica non fanno pulizie in camera e non si è capito perché non cambino gli asciugamani. Peccato perché potrebbe diventare un vero gioiellino.

Perfecte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. We hadden een geweldig verblijf in dit hotel, Het eten was goed, De slaapkamer was goed en schoon. Vriendelijk personeel en altijd een glimlach op hun gezicht. Helaas geen activiteiten en de wifi was slecht.

Godt familiested

Fint sted med de dejligste mennesker ansat. Godt sted for familier, der gerne vil have en base og så kunne køre rundt og se forskellige locations. Ved all-inclusive er der masser af mad og drikke, men desværre er kvaliteten meget lav når det kommer til mad og drikke. Lidt ærgeligt for alt andet spiller
