Villa Saridakis is a wonderful countryside villa, located in the picturesque village of Roussospiti, 6 Kms from Rethymno town. The living space of the villa is 240 m² and it also features a surrounding area of 500 m²., including a private pool, BBQ facilities, table tennis and many more.

Villa Saridakis is a new, three storey construction, built with its owners’ great care and will to create an exceptional holiday home. Tastefully decorated, with spacious and cosy rooms, this villa is ready to satisfy to satisfy even the most demanding guests and to meet all your daily needs, providing all modern conveniences and amenities! Villa Saridakis is the epitome of comfort and style combined with just the right rustic touches! With five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a gym, a wonderful living room area, fully equipped kitchen, lovely garden and pool, its size makes it ideal for big families or large groups of friends!

At the same time, this amazing villa gives you the chance to enjoy the place’s best elements…amazing view towards the sea, as well as the mountains, the fresh country air and the wonderful greek sun! Villa Saridakis is the perfect destination for those who want to have an experience of the local way of living, in the best way possible! In the village guests will find two tavernas, a traditional cafe and a mini market! All within walking distance! The villa is smartly located and offers an easy access to many worth visiting sightseeing spots and the highway, too, making it a great base for your trips to the famous sandy beaches of Rethymno.

Layout
Outside Area
Externally, the villa is built with stone, in a classic, yet modern way! There is a large garden with trees and the surrounding area is filled with olive trees, grass and flowers, lawn covered areas and amazing view to the mountains!

To make things better, there is a 45m² and 1.60-2.30 m deep private swimming pool and a special 5m² children’s pool, sun beds and umbrellas, at your disposal! You may relax and sunbathe at this fantastic place, giving you ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in a country where the sun shines all summer long. Also a playground its available outdoors for our little guests to enjoy.

There are also BBQ facilities available outdoors, in a great shaded area, proper for al fresco dining! Spend some quality time with your loved ones and make the most out of your stay! Patio furniture are also available on the veranda and terrace.
There is also an extra small house, built of stone and large windows offering direct access to the private pool and BBQ, which is equipped with a TV, dining table, sofas and books and it’s ideal for relaxation, dining and anything else you might think!

Last but not least, in Villa Saridakis you could help yourselves to the fresh eggs from the hencoop and the delicious vegetables and fruits from the kitchen garden, depending on the season.

Ground Floor
One the ground floor guests can find two of the bedrooms, one double and one twin, along with one bathroom. The double bedroom has direct access to the pool and BBQ area. There is also a large open space, where the table tennis and gym room can be found, a great area for you and your children to have fun and exercise!

First Floor
The stairs lead to the upper floor, where you will see the spacious and elegant living room area with a wonderful closed fireplace, giving off a sense of luxury! The fully equipped kitchen and big dining table, are perfect for indoor dining with your family or friends. The kitchen offers access to a small balcony with another dining table, if you would like to dine outdoors! Furthermore, one more double bedroom and bathroom exist on the first floor. All rooms are sunny, airy and enjoy amazing views of the area from the windows.

Second Floor - Attic
Keep going up we meet the last two bedrooms one master double bedroom and another bedroom with a wooden loft which features two twin beds and a sofa bed, specially decorated for kids! Additionally, the last bathroom and the laundry room are located on the second floor! From that floor, guests can enjoy the wonderful view of the area from the large verandas and gaze upon the olive groves, blue sky and landscape!
