Set in a vibrant, elevated location above Rethymno, this eco-friendly villa combines modern luxury with nature, offering a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the sandy beach and close to the citys shops, cafes, and restaurants. Solar panels supply clean energy, and central heating ensures comfort year-round.
Spanning three levels and 300 m2, Villa Kalon can accommodate up to 11 guests in five beautifully designed bedrooms. The interiors feature a calm palette of whites and natural tones, fine wooden furnishings, and top-of-the-line appliances, creating a relaxing, sophisticated atmosphere. Surrounded by two acres of olive trees, the villa offers stunning sea and city views.

Great week in Rethymno

Villa Kalon was a perfect place for our adult family of eight. Lots of space, well equipped and in a great location. Thodoris was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble.
