Villa Astro is located in Agia Triada / Rethymno, Crete. This detached

The ground floor offers an open plan area with the living room and
kitchen, accompanied by a TV set in the living room. The space is

Going upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms, both with A/C, both
with en suite bathrooms. Both have access to the balcony.

dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are
patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.

The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and
oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
