Exceptional property with extraordinary spaces and amenities. Pool area is delightful with great views, lounge areas. Fabulous outdoor dining area with umbrellas for shade. Professional kitchen and four plus bedrooms and private baths. The pool table was a delightful extra. Easy walk to local taverna's. Truly a great hub for a fantastic visit to crete

Belle villa vue splendide

Belle villa vue panoramique splendide, très calme. Grande chambre avec terrasse mais manque rangements (pas penderie haute ni commode). Déçus car refus du propriétaire d'utiliser la cuisine et barbecue contrairement aux indications bon réservation. Juste utilisé bouilloire et frigo piscine pour faire notre petit déjeuner sur terrasse car petit déjeuner proposé par propriétaire trop cher = 12 € (prix repas taverne). Propriétaire habite maison, surveille et ns a fait reproche un jour avoir laissé la climatisation ds notre chambre pendant la journée (sur 25 deg). Demande de laisser la chambre ouverte 3x/ semaine pour ménage car pas double de clés! Terrasse piscine très agréable. Villa au fond d'une ruelle, pas accès voiture, parking gratuit dans village. Beaucoup de bonnes tavernes à Maroulas ou alentours avec vue magnifique (Thevma, Armos, Fantastico).

A wonderful refurbished olive oil mill situated in the beautiful historic village of Maroulas just outside Rethymnon. The owner, Christian, lives at the property and provides an excellent and imaginative breakfast. The bedroom and terrace look across a valley to the sea.
