Chalet with panoramic mountain views

The Elchegg is located at 1,125 m in the Oberallgäu in the small district of Brosis-Ellegg and belongs to the municipality of Rettenberg.

The apartments are very sunny on the south-east and south-west side of the hillside and not only impress with their idyllic tranquility but also with a unique mountain panorama. A place of pure strength directly at the Flora-Fauna Habitat (nature reserve) Hühnermoos, which invites you to wonderful walks.

The 110 m² 3-room apartment with a walk-in closet is located in the basement of the house and was built and completed in Christmas 2018.

All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating, the children's room and the hall even with wall heating. The floors are covered with real wild oak planks and the walls and ceilings are plastered with clay for a balanced indoor climate.

Of course, free WiFi (30,000 line) is available with unlimited data volume.

Living / dining room:

The 61 m² kitchen / living room is the centerpiece. To the southeast and west, large panoramic windows are built in, which allow an undisturbed view of the mountains. It is equipped with a modern Zeyko kitchen with island and bar and has an induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, a fully automatic coffee machine and a dishwasher. A basic equipment for cooking, as well as the most necessary cooking utensils such as spices, oil etc. are of course available.

A 2.00 x 1.00 m wild oak dining table invites you to a cozy meal.

The large living area with sleeping function offers enough space for everyone to enjoy the view from the panoramic window, watch a film on the 55-inch 4K Ultra HD, Smart TV or listen to music via the stereo system with radio, CD player and USB connection Listen.


Bedroom:

The 15 m² bedroom with a 2.00 x 2.00 m double bed made of local spruce from the carpenter has a stone pine ceiling, which has a positive influence on the physical and mental well-being, since the heart rate is reduced, which improves the quality of sleep. A 43 inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV is also available. In summer, blackout curtains offer the possibility to darken the room and sleep better.



Nursery:

The 7 m² room contains a bunk bed with 1.00 x 2.00 m bed made of local spruce from a carpenter and blackout curtains. For the little ones, of course, we have games such as Uno, the buck, puzzle, a magnetic and painting board, building blocks, coloring books with crayons and felt pens. In winter we provide a sledge.


Bathroom:

The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level stone mosaic shower, a bathtub, a washbasin, a separate toilet and a towel heater. The equipment includes towels, a hairdryer from Babyliss as well as hand soap, washing lotion and hair shampoo from molkeprodukte. com in soap dispensers.


Walk-in wardrobe:

The walk-in closet is opposite the children's room and is tiled. This is equipped with shelves such as clothes and shoes, a cloakroom and a shoe heater with space for 6 pairs of shoes to dry ski and normal shoes.


Garage:

The garage can be reached via an electric gate, which has a code lock, but can also be opened and closed with a remote control.


Terrace:

To the southeast is a covered terrace from which the morning sunrise can be observed. In addition to a seat made of wicker, we also offer a hammock to linger. To the west there is a terrace where you can enjoy the midday and evening sun. Here we have a seat made of a solid wooden table and comfortable deck chairs and a large parasol. We also provide couches. In summer, of course, the fireplace and the table grill can be used.

A special highlight in the Elchegg Chalet from December 2019 is our infrared sauna on the terrace with a view of the panoramic landscape.

Check in:

We ourselves will not be present when you arrive. Access to the apartment is via a numeric code lock on the garage. The key to the apartment is then in the chalet itself. You will receive the number code for the lock a few days before arrival with a manual for the most important information.
