A hotel close to the city center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, as well as the bathroom, however the shower can be a bit cramped up. Other than that, a nice stay

Great central location. Gives the vibe of a Mom and Pop operation. No A/C, but the rooms have fans. Priced well. Clean rooms. The only available parking space was underground and expensive. There are no laundry facilities, only the usual laundry services. I walked to a nearby laundromat. All good otherwise.

Room booked was "Superior Doppelzimmer" but we did not that room. We got one of the "studiozimmer" which was spacious enough but the bed had a night stand only on 1 side. And we had to ask for the 2nd room key (we booked for 2 people). The location of the hotel and the parking make this hotel more convenient for us. The center is an easy walk of a few minutes and it's usually very quiet. Note: No AC and No mini fridge.

I really like the way everything was being organised with the way the staff were so helpful in sorting out the needful things for the time well spent there. Very good location to the city centre and to all the shops. I will be coming there in the nearest future. I found a spot now for the first time in Reutlingen. I will surely recommend the place to my friends in England.

Great stay in town! worth every penny.

Front desk staff is very friendly. Front desk will provide iron with ironing board per request. Rooms are very clean, there was complementary water and chocolate as a welcome gift. Beds are VERY COMFORATBLE! double bed has a single mattress with 2 separate comforters. Great location to old town and restaurants in Reutlingen. Found many German restaurants serving traditional Swambian food, and shopping complex. Parking is underground, with space, and plenty of it. Get out of elevator at EG level, and walk outside to enter the hotel.

I have been staying in this hotel for over 20 years and the recent refurbishment has made a big difference to the rooms and the beds. I recommend this hotel for location and comfort and the lady who does the breakfast service is always happy to see you. Only downside was after more than 20 years loyal custom I asked for the first time for a late checkout to 2pm as I had some phone meetings and a late flight home. Alas the hotel would not grant this request and it was not allowed which was disappointing.

Ich kann nicht viel über dieses Hotel sagen, da ich nicht einchecken konnte. Trotz rechtzeitigem Eintreffen in der Unterkunft war die Rezeption nicht besetzt und auch niemand über die "Notfallnummer" erreichbar (nur ein KI-Assistent). Nach einiger Zeit und diversen Versuchen, jemanden zu erreichen, wurde ich dann von Expedia spontan und kulant in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht. Ich kann dieses Hotel also nicht empfehlen!

Sehr bemühtes Personal, aber leider hat es in dem Zimmer sehr schlecht gerochen und die Hälfte der Steckdosen funktionierte nicht. Auch die Halterung für den Duschkopf war gebrochen, so dass man die Brause beim Duschen in der Hand halten musste.
