A hotel close to the city center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, as well as the bathroom, however the shower can be a bit cramped up. Other than that, a nice stay

I really like the way everything was being organised with the way the staff were so helpful in sorting out the needful things for the time well spent there. Very good location to the city centre and to all the shops. I will be coming there in the nearest future. I found a spot now for the first time in Reutlingen. I will surely recommend the place to my friends in England.

Room booked was "Superior Doppelzimmer" but we did not that room. We got one of the "studiozimmer" which was spacious enough but the bed had a night stand only on 1 side. And we had to ask for the 2nd room key (we booked for 2 people). The location of the hotel and the parking make this hotel more convenient for us. The center is an easy walk of a few minutes and it's usually very quiet. Note: No AC and No mini fridge.

Great stay in town! worth every penny.

Front desk staff is very friendly. Front desk will provide iron with ironing board per request. Rooms are very clean, there was complementary water and chocolate as a welcome gift. Beds are VERY COMFORATBLE! double bed has a single mattress with 2 separate comforters. Great location to old town and restaurants in Reutlingen. Found many German restaurants serving traditional Swambian food, and shopping complex. Parking is underground, with space, and plenty of it. Get out of elevator at EG level, and walk outside to enter the hotel.

I have been staying in this hotel for over 20 years and the recent refurbishment has made a big difference to the rooms and the beds. I recommend this hotel for location and comfort and the lady who does the breakfast service is always happy to see you. Only downside was after more than 20 years loyal custom I asked for the first time for a late checkout to 2pm as I had some phone meetings and a late flight home. Alas the hotel would not grant this request and it was not allowed which was disappointing.

Great central location. Gives the vibe of a Mom and Pop operation. No A/C, but the rooms have fans. Priced well. Clean rooms. The only available parking space was underground and expensive. There are no laundry facilities, only the usual laundry services. I walked to a nearby laundromat. All good otherwise.

Leider hat uns das Hotel nicht überzeugt. Es ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend mal saniert werden. Außerdem war das Zimmer schlecht oder teils gar nicht geputzt. Muffig roch es auch noch. Die Heizung ging im Zimmer leider auch nicht. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist begrenzt und das Personal überfordert. Das Parkhaus ist eng und wie das Hotel ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen, außerdem teurer als bei der Buchung angegeben. Die Lage ist ganz gut.

Das Hotel ist sauber aber es mangelt an der Erhaltung der Zimmer, z.B. schlossen die Fenster nicht richtig, der Lichtschalter am Zimmereingang funktionierte nicht oder der Duschkopf lies sich nicht feststellen. Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße/Fußgängerzone und in kurzer Entfernung zur Innenstadt. Parkplätze sind in Umgebung kein Problem. Ich würde das Hotel trotz der Mängel nochmals buchen.
