Schönes, fam. Hotel mit 80er-Flair. Top Lage.

Ein schönes, familiengeführtes Hotel. Immer bemüht und sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Einrichtung ist zwar alt und teilweise porös, aber trotzdem schön. Haben für unser 7 jähriges Kind nichts bezahlen müssen. Trotzdem gab es Bettsachen und ein 3. Bett. Die Lage des Hotels, in einer Sackgasse, aber zentral in Lermoos, neben einem Spielplatz. Am Hotel steht eine Schaukel, auch für ganz Kleine geeignet. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Ausflugsziele zur Zugspitze & Highline179 waren in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.

Typical beautiful alpine cottage

The owners are lovely caring people, even the room conditions were written in a poem. The apartment was well equiped, clean, with what truly was a beautiful mountain view. The village of Lermoos with its surrounding meadows is how we imagined our weekend in Austrian Alps.

The owner, Patricia, is beyond freindly and helpful. We showed up a little bit past the listed check-in time and she was very accommodating. Some people might be put off that this hotel isn't modern, but that is a positive in our eyes. It feels more. Like staying at a freinds house than a sterile hotel. The room was huge and the views are stunning. The breakfast, even though does not have any hot items, was wonderful. Parking is easy. Finding the place was a bit tricky using Google maps. We would stay here again without any doubt. Loved it.

Welcoming And centrally located

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was great. The breakfast had a large selection of food and drinks and was tasty. The bathroom is small but that can be looked past. The location is walking distance from downtown and some great restaraunts are near by.

A Wonderful Guest House

Lusspark was a great location for our one-night stay in Lermoos. We had a large apartment with beautiful mountain views situated just a couple blocks off the main street so it was both convenient and quiet. There was a nice breakfast to start the day and the family staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

Vi havde en dejlig oplevelse ved at bo på hotellet. Vi fik en værelse medd en skønneste udsigt til bjergene, og det var fantastisk at sidde på balkonen med et glas vin og nyde denne flotte udsigt.
