"We had the best time in this new hotel. Our room was more like an appartement, 12 windows facing the lake, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a very comfy sofa bed. Our teens were able to have their own space and so did my husband and I. We will definitely stay there again when we come to Duluth. The place was really clean, quiet and 10 minutes walk downtown. Perfect!!!"

"My husband and I can not say enough about how pleasant our stay at Suite Betty was while in Duluth for UMD graduation. The property was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Bill and Pat were in touch with us in the days leading up to our stay and very responsive during our stay. The location was convenient to get everything and we especially enjoyed waking up to the view of Lake Superior. We will definitely be looking to stay at Suite Betty on our next visit to Duluth. "Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Nice pool and hot tub. Toilet in room wouldn’t stop running. Had troubles with the TV in our room, called the front desk and she said she’d be right up but never showed up. After messing with cords and the tv we got it figured out. Shampoo in room empty. Towels at pool were out, we and another guest told the front desk three times, no towels ever showed. It really is a nice place overall just just a few unfortunate issues that stood out."

"Booked a stay on Saturday night, check in staff were great and got us an early check in. However, the room is outdated, furnace only blows cold air and was incredibly noisy. The shower was absolutely terrible with very poor water pressure. The window has a draft making the room cold. The checkout staff did not bother to even ask how the stay was. There was also a shooting right outside the hotel making me question the safety of the area. Will most likely not be staying here again, for $360USD I expected a lot better of a stay."
