"I stayed here two years ago and again this past week for work. Unfortunately, the quality of the rooms has goen downhill. You can tell their cutting corners. The lamp in the room was visibly/obviously broken. The curtains were soiled. Cards left in the room to communicate information were bent or wrinkled. It was disappointing. "

"Very run down with no signs of trying to fix anything. Friendly enough staff, but clueless. I had to move rooms after the first night. The radiator in room 218 couldn't be turned off and it was 25 degrees. The ceiling in the bathroom has water damage from above and the plaster was cracked and falling down. The second room I was given, room 317, had more problems. The window had broken seals, so let in a lot of wind and noise from the street. I found 2 empty Absolut vodka bottles wedged between the base and mattress. The mattresses were cheap, thin and uncomfortable. The bathroom stank of sulphuric sewage and became unbearable. The electrical sockets made a high pitched wizzing sound when switched on, which made the lamps flicker. Very dangerous. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights, but left after 2 to stay on a friend's sofa. "
