It is a few steps away from the famous Adnams kitchen, cafe and wine store where you can purchase fine wines, Champagne and Adnams beer and enjoy a delicious  lunch whilst sitting in the spacious courtyard.
Southwold, a traditional coastal town is famous for its pastel coloured beach huts, fishing boats and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs. .

First floor: Master bedroom: double bed, hanging and shelving space, small chest of drawers. Bedroom 2: double bed with a storage unit. Bathroom: bath with shower over and curtain, WC, hand basin. Extractor fan, mirror and shaver point. Entertainment: Smart TV, Phillips music station WAS700, books, board games. Sony alarm clock/radio in both bedrooms, one with ipod/iphone dock. Outside: paved courtyard garden. Garden furniture. Bike storage (shared).
General: BT Broadband. Bed linen and towels are provided. Central heated. No smoking. Pets: sorry, no pets. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment. Notes: The entrance to Breaker is in the basement by a few steps from street level. From the courtyard garden, gate with access to the rear pathway to shed for bike storage (shared with other apartments in Farleigh House).
