"Staff is friendly, readily greets guests, asks about your day, and want to help you out. Easy to book spa, use bar, and restaurant. Bar and restaurant are a bit pricy, but thats typical of hotels anywhere. Spa is small but very nice and clean. "

"I had a fantastic stay here and the most impressive part was the wonderful staff here who were all so friendly & helpful. The location is excellent for getting to sight seeing locations around the city centre. The breakfast was excellent with many varied options. The room was clean & very comfortable. I definately recommend this hotel and its also near shops and convenience stores. Well done & thanks! to all the hotel staff & I hope to be back in future. "

"The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really nice with something for everyone. It was also the cheapest meal in town. We did not eat or drink there otherwise. Downside = the bed was not comfortable. It was hard yet bouncy. We could feel the springs and every movement each other made. I still slept OK, but my husband did not, which made for a slightly cranky travel partner."

"Loved our stay here! The breakfast was amazing!!! And the location couldn't better!! The room was spacious and had more space than we needed. It was so nice to have a couch to relax in after walking the sitting. Parking is limited, so if you'd like to reserve a spot, reach out ahead of your stay to ensure you have one if you have a car. I loved not having to worry about finding a spot on the street. We were on the 2nd floor overlooking the street and the room was very quiet and the view was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel!!!"

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at CityHub Reykjavik. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the shared facilities, which really stood out. The amenities were excellent, and the hot tub was a definite highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The room itself was clean, warm, and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind. What really made the experience even better was the staff — they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend CityHub Reykjavik to anyone visiting Iceland. It’s a fantastic place to stay with great value, comfort, and atmosphere."
