Desk receptionist was very helpful. I arrived at 12.30 am and I could not find my ride to the hotel. She stayed on the phone with me and helped me to find the right location where I was quickly picked up. Thank you for your patience and kindness!! I will stay there again❤️

This hotel is a lovely gem, right on the sea and a quick drive from the airport. But the most amazing part is the staff. Our flight was delayed and we arrived extremely late. Nearly 1:00 am. We thought for sure we were going to be stuck at the airport, but the manager of the hotel not only answered our call, but found a driver to pick us up! I have never stayed at a hotel anywhere in the world that would go so far to help their guests. We are so grateful and will return to this hotel each time we visit Iceland.

Great option for a last minute stay. Grabbed this room because I could add breakfast and they had a shuttle. It's just one guy driving the shuttle, so give yourself a solid 30-40min wiggle room on your transport.
