Excellent location in downtown. Awkward walking through a restaurant to get to the elevator to go up to the rooms. Room on 3rd floor with balcony was a perfect size for the two of us.

Great location, surprisingly quiet, clean room with a mini kitchen. Only downside is if you get in early on a flight, there's no lobby or luggage storage since it is a self-service entrance.

Centrally located with many dinning options around. Street parking easily available on the block. We stayed on the first floor and had to walk through a restaurant to the hotel wing. But once inside the room, we didn’t hear any noise at all,

We had an excellent stay! The hotel’s location was perfect, right in the center of the city and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. It made exploring the area so convenient and stress-free. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with great amenities. Having a kitchen with all the basic essentials for cooking, along with a coffee maker, was a huge plus and made our stay even more comfortable. Check-in was entirely contactless, and the instructions provided were very clear, detailed, and easy to follow, making the entire process seamless from start to finish. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Between the fantastic location, cleanliness, thoughtful amenities, and hassle-free check-in, this hotel was an excellent choice. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the city and would happily stay here again!

This Hotel is in a great area of reykjavik with shops and restaurants all around it. The things that made it not a great stay was not enough towels. There was mold on shower tiles. I feel that that the maintenance crew needs to be more involved.

The room was very comfortable & clean. There is no front desk. They send an email with your code about a day before arrival. We had a few questions upon arrival and the staff in the restaurant that you walk through to get to the rooms were very helpful. Having laundry available was a bonus!

Was like a vacay rental, codes to check in, no reception or front desk but didn’t need them. Fantastic location, comfortable, modern, I used the on-site laundry dryer to dry my swim gear & toques after hiking and hot springing. Only thing that I didn’t anticipate was room servicing was an additional charge, not not a big deal for a short stay. Loved the kitchenette - saved some $ on breakfasts. Entry through the restaurant Krons (which looked delicious BTW) was interesting. I’d definitely stay there again. Price was quite good by Iceland standards.

The room was spacious and clean. It was really great to have the laundry on site. It is in a prime location walking distance to so many things. We didn’t get to eat at the restaurant downstairs but it is nice to have it right there and smelled delicious !

There is no staff on hand at the hotel. Everything went well with our stay. I was looking for an actual hotel experience. The location is fantastic with great access to many bar and restaurant options.
