Modern and family friendly house in Fossvogur in Reykjavik

This house is located close to nature, walking distance from Elliðarárdalur, where you find a salmon river and a nice café. Also, walking distance from Nauthólsvík, the local beach and hot pool. Bakery in the neighborhood and playground just outside the house.

This 180-square-metre, 5 bedroom house comfortably accommodates 7–8 people. The master bedroom features a 200x200 cm bed, a second bedroom has a 140x200 cm bed with space for an extra bed upon request. The remaining three bedrooms each have 90x200 cm beds.

The house is in excellent condition, the living room is bright and spacious with a nice view. The dining area seats up to 16 people. From the living room, you can access a large balcony. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, from where you can access a spacious patio with nice outdoor seating and a garden. A private parking space is also included.

We have baby crib and high chair for your children.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

We manage over 150 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik.  Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik.  We also offer long term renting.
