Beautiful apartment. Feels modern. Indeed, you can hear music from the bookstore below, but it ends at 11 PM and we didn’t find it loud at all. Great location downtown. Highly recommended.

Excellent location and convenient check in process. The music from the club on the ground floor can be loud in the night. Property is well equipped with kitchenette, spacious living area and clean. Body lotion, conditioner in the toilet would have been a nice along with easy access to a laundromat on site.

This is a good value for the Reykjavík prices which are overall expensive. Grocery store is close by called Bonus. We saved a lot by being able to cook at home. I messaged the house to ask about parking options and the referrals were excellent and very accurate. Very popular spot called the Bookstore It’s right underneath the apartments. You can hear the music very loudly. The good news is the music is excellent. And it stopped sharp at 11 PM. But be aware that it is a very loud spot between 8-11 pm.

The apartment was huge, with a large lounge a good sized bedroom and a large shared balcony. The finish is a little tired looking, but the room was clean and the view from the balcony was spectacular. We will stay here again when we return.

It was in a great area where you could walk to all the shops and restaurants very easily. We did have a problem with lights not working in the bathroom but they immediately put us in another room which was very nice.

The location for perfect, right in the center of town do we could walk everywhere, we didn’t rent a car but a lot of street noise at night which we didn’t mind. The apartment was not very clean and we only got 5 towels for 5 people for a 4 night 5 day stay. Requested more towels but they never responded. The whole place needs some TLC from top to bottom, had a glass table in the hall way for 2 days and finally removed it and left glass on the hallway floor, didn’t clean it up until I e-mailed them about it. Other than the location, we would not stay there again

Our room was great we stayed in a studio. It was easy access to all the main attractions, streets and restaurants. They Flybus stop is only a few minute walk away. The room was clean and open. We arrived early in the morning, although we were not able to check-in early there was a spot to store are luggage. We used this time to explore, grab coffee and eat. The only downfall was our code to the main doors would not work at times. The communication was efficient and they were quick to fix it every time.

Clean and well run property. BUT… it’s Right in the heart of the “party” area. Night clubs with great music and lots of fun. But very load in the apartment. Lots of people in the streets all night long and early in the morning. Very noisy and difficult to get a good sleep.

Great location!! You can quickly walk anywhere in downtown Reykjavik! Plenty of space for myself and 2 teenagers, and having a second bathroom was a huge plus. Clean, comfortable beds and everything you might need to make yourself something in the kitchen. I would book this place immediately if I ever come back!

Excellent location in downtown within walking distance to most of the major attractions, bars and food places. Apartment was clean, spacious and well stocked with every thing we needed. Clear instructions on location, checkin were sent ahead of time and had no issues. Overall had a great time.
