I paid for hotel with pool and we weren’t able to use because they had a party and next dishes we in the hallway also I paid for free breakfast only 2 people were able to eat and there was 3 of use

had an issue with our room not cooling so we called the front desk and they said it was our mistake because we had lowered the a/c too low causing the a/c to freeze even though it had not been cooling since we got there. eventually we were moved rooms very late at night and it was frustrating going back and forth as our babies were already asleep. Spoke to the manager the next day and he was so amazing with us apologized for the situation and invited us to come back

Pague habitación para 3 adultos y un menor, cuando hice la reservación quedo establecido que los desayunos para los 4 estaban incluidos. Al tratar de hacer valido esto en el hotel,solo me hicieron validos 2, teniendo que pagar el resto. Los desayunos no ofrecen variedad como en otros hoteles de la misma gama.
