Das Haus selber ist in einem tadellosen, neu renovierten Zustand und lässt in keinem Aspekt Wünsche offen. Die Küchenausstattung ist reichhaltig, alle Etage verfügen über einen großen Balkon. "Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für 10-11 Personen. Der Vermieter hat sich super gekümmert, war immer ansprechbar und hat uns mit Tipps versorgt. So konnte wir trotz Mosel- Hochwasser eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem besonderen und schönen Haus verbringen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir kommen wieder! Danke!"

"The house is large with well-stocked kitchen and many areas for relaxing, eating and sleeping. We did not know we had to reserve the bedding ahead of time, so had no bedding the first night. This may have partly be due to lack of clear communication as the owner's English was not strong. The house also was not as clean as we would have liked and some elements were not working properly, such as one shower. The washing machine was not available (as it is shared) when we wanted to use it."

"Meine Frau und ich wollten uns zum 20 jährigen Jahrestag ein wenig Erholung gönnen. Was wir bekamen war einfach weit über unseren Erwartungen. Jeder wird sich vor der Buchung die Beschreibungen zum Haus Tropica durchlesen und etwa wissen was Ihn erwartet. Aber wenn man da ist und dann sieht wie alles bis ins aller letzte Detail durchdacht ist (Sauberkeit, Ordnung, Qualität, Optik, smarte Beleuchtung). Hier wurde nicht einfach nur billiges Zeug gekauft um das Ferienhaus damit auszustatten....

Die Villa war sauber, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und alles was man braucht war verhanden. Es wäre schön wenn in den Schlafzimmern ein kleiner Tisch und Stühle vorhanden wäre. Es ist aber ein großer Esstisch im Essbereich vorhanden. Ich wurde während unseren Aufenthaltes 60 Jahre alt. Ich bekam als "kleines" Geschenk eine Flasche Wein und eine sehr freundliche und liebevoll verfasste...

"Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus , Sauber und wirklich zum Wohlfühlen. Es ist alles da was man brauch. Es gibt nichts was wir vermisst haben und auch die Lage ist Perfekt und lädt zum Wandern ein. Der kleine Ort ist wirklich wunderschön, der kleine Einkaufsladen war schnell zu erreichen und auch Restaurants waren in der Nähe. Unsere Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Danke an die Vermieter für den schönen Aufenthalt in ihrem Haus."
