"The lady at reception was excellent, I think her name was Monom. I had to book a room for an extra night and she ensured we didn’t need to change rooms and gave a good rate. She made some excellent suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The only down side of the room was the shelves in wardrobe were so high up, they were unusable and there was a lack of hanging space. The hotel’s location was great, so close to all the sights."

Which was a shame as we booked the hotel specifically as it said there was a pool. The breakfast was really nice, every member of staff we met were all so lovely and it was only a quick drive into Colmar."
