"Check In was very slow and it took almost 30 minutes to check in due to a queue of about 6 people ahead of me. The one person handling check in tried her best and then, finally, someone came to help her. The hotel itself was good and breakfast was excellent though very expensive."

"This hotel was around a 20 minute walk from the station and centre but could easily be reached by tram. Hotel was clean & modern. The room was a little small but plenty big enough for 2 of us for 2 nights. We had food & drinks and they were reasonably priced for a hotel. Check in was a little slow due to volume of people but we expected that due to the time. I believe you can check in in advance but we weren't aware before hand. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would recommend & would stay again"

"For the cheap price it had everything I needed. The bed wasn’t top quality and it was a bit chilly in the room but for the 8 hours I was there it worked. The pillow was mediocre but propped it up with some clothes and was fine. The shower was hot and had fabulous water pressure. Love the big shelf in the bathroom to hold things."
