The room was spotless when we arrived, and we really appreciated having reliable air conditioning during some warm July days. "The hotel description online was not accurate, as follows: 1) Mini fridge: The fridge was not very cold. When I asked how to set the fridge to cool, I was told this is not a fridge. It is only for putting cold items in, so they don't warm up so quickly. 2) Air conditioning: This was exceedingly inadequate!!! When I asked how to get the AC to work, I was told to push the AC button twice, set the temp to 19C, set the fan speed up to max, and I should close the drapes. I did all of these...

"checking in was difficult. nobody was there upon arrival, door was locked. i had to call someone offsite to help check me in. self-check in wasn’t operational. called again to reboot system. staff sent an email requesting i pay again for my reservation i’ve already booked. bed came with one comforter, base price was for two adults. staff digitally requested that i pay an extra $10 per night per person. all was eventually resolved but it was one after another."
