Excellent staff. Friendly & helpful. Clean & tidy room & public areas. Excellent buffet style breakfast. Dining options could be more varied. Parking can be difficult when event held in hotel. No heating controls in room for temperature adjust (apart from room windows).

Room was nice and well appointed - large. Loads of space in the bathroom with a separate bath and shower. Food was disappointing in the coach house.

Check in was excellent, however the room was cold, only a blow heater. Asked at reception for someone to come and look at heat but someone only came with another heater by did not look at the issue
