It features 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 8 guests), 3 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and an open-plan living and dining area. Each room opens onto balconies or a terrace with panoramic views of the lush garden, the pool, and the stunning natural surroundings — views that can also be enjoyed from inside the house. In addition to the main entrance, the villa has an automatic gate that opens to a large private parking area.

The villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped 2,000 m² Mediterranean garden with Rhodian sycamores, bougainvillea, hibiscus, roses, cypress trees, and many other native plants. Combined with the pool, children’s pool, playground, a shaded Jacuzzi area, and wooden dining deck, the setting creates the feel of a true earthly "Small Paradise."

The newly built eco-friendly pool (7m x 4m) is filled with fresh water and framed in Greek white marble tiles. Among the colorful flowers in the garden, guests will find a raised deck with a HydroPool outdoor Jacuzzi . This is the perfect spot for a romantic or revitalizing soak, benefiting from warm water, hydrotherapy jets, and total serenity.
