We were greeted by the lovely owners of the hotel and check in was quick and easy. Our room was spotlessly clean and spacious, the pool was palatial and the drinks and food were fabulous!!!! We will definitely be back next year!!!!

A beautiful, well maintained pool area. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfasts plentiful and tasty.Bed big and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay!

Me and my girlfriend had a great stay at Bamboo Suites! The pool area is beautiful and peaceful with very nice sunbeds and a nice bar. The staff (family business) was exceptionally friendly abd they helped us with everything we could ask for. The room had a nice bed and very effective a/c which was great. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice and relaxing vacation close to Rhodes city but still away from the masses of people in the town.

Amazing family hotel

What a wonderful place, would definately come back! This is a home away from home. Siblings who own the place are so welcoming! Everything aranges, car rental etc. The rooms are clean and the food by the pool is excellent! If you are looking for a smal, family owned place, this is the place to go!

Bamboo Suites is such a vibe!! The rooms are great such a comfortable bed and lots of room with doors that allow you to walk straight out to the pool area. The pool itself is huge with lots of day beds and a great bar with chilled music all day Fantastic food and a great menu The staff make this place amazing! Two brothers and a sister alongside a great chef and waitresses! You will not regret a visit to Bamboo! Cant wait to visit again. Sam & Jason

Fantastic small family run Suite hotel

Great suite hotel with only 16 rooms this year (2024) and a few more next year, it’s big advantages are that the rooms are well laid out and outside areas have space for everyone without feeling either isolated or having trouble finding a double sun bed, chair at the bar, or restaurant as you prefer. Ava and Semis manage the team of staff so well that things just run as they should with nothing being to much effort.

This was amazing!

This is a wonderful adults only hotell, about 7 minutes from the beach on foot. This amazing place serves a good breakfast, lunch and dinner so you can stay on the premises all vacation long. The bar is well stocked for everyones taste. We loved the fact that we could walk out from our patio to a sunbed 4 meters away. The pool is big and the temperature is really good, keeps you cool if the sun is too strong. This is a family run hotel and the staff was amazing they work really hard to make you feel special and welcomed here. Our stay was exactly what we wanted and we will be back next year for another super holiday

Fantastic

Honestly have to say this is one of the nicest, friendliest and hospitable hotels Ive ever stayed at. Its a family run business that makes you feel so welcome from the minute you arrive. The rooms are immaculate clean with great aircon. The food is delicious, breakfast, lucnh and dinner. I stayed here to visit my dad in hospital, wish it could have been for better circumstances. However, if he isnt let home soon and I have to return, I will 100% be booking the Bamboo Suites Thank you so much to all the staff ❤️ Donna & Eamonn

Loved everything. Got welcomed immediately by the family and really felt at home. The service was so great by lovely people working there, especially Ismail 😉 The food options are also really good and tasty. A big pool with lots of beds available. Rooms were very clean and also got cleaned every day. The cocktails were also super delicious. The location is also ideal with a shop close by, restaurants and also near the beach with just a few min of walking. Thank you so much for everything! We really loved our stay and will definitely come back some day 😊

This resort was beautiful! It’s not as big as the others around so there’s always space at the pool and it isn’t loud. It was so peaceful. The staff are a family and lovely people. They really make you feel welcome. My husband and I had the junior suite and it was very spacious. The air conditioning worked great and cooled down the big room fast. We also had a balcony right off the pool. The only downside to this location is walking to the main strip there is part without a sidewalk so you have to walk on a road with not much space between vehicles. However it’s under a 10 minute walk

If you are looking for a super basic, dorm or hostel style room with a nice pool and good dinner restaurant bar in an isolated part of Rhodes, it’s an ok choice. Otherwise go to one of the many more equipped resorts or hotels in interesting parts of the city and area. They have no services here and not even a hotel phone for emergency situations. Expect a very noisy restaurant and pool area right on a major busy road with buses and trucks all day. Have zero expectations for decor or design in rooms. Like a student dorm. Very basic breakfast but friendly staff. “Mountain view” is a hill and view of the backyard shed I paid and extra $60 per night for. :( The staff and owners are friendly but completely inflexible and un accommodating. They grossly misrepresented the services and amenities on Expedia which heavily influenced my choice to book here for 5 nights. However once I arrived they said they didn’t offer those services and some disagreements between the owners communicating whether they ever had them. I asked for 3 nights costs return to me which they repeatedly refused and explained why I booked there. Decided to leave anyway for my safety/ accessibility and book the rest of my trip at the Sheraton for close to the same nightly off season rate and get a stunning view of the ocean and a 5 star resort service. Double check rates on other sites because after booking here I saw it half the rate I paid elsewhere which would explain their 1 star hotel service style.

Amazing,huge suites

Amazing family run suites. We have just returned from a 10 night break here. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely family and staff. 16 suites in total. Very relaxing stay and a short walk from bars and restaurants. We had never visited Rhodes before but will certainly be back! We opted for a Junior pool view suite which was super large,with a huge bathroom which is unheard of in Greece. Breakfast runs from 8am through to 10 30am and is a la carte style. The presentation and quality of food was so impressive that the 10 nights i did not have the same thing twice. If it is party style that you want, these are not the suites for you. It is a very chilled vibe. Suited us to the ground. Missing it already!

Beautiful stay!

Well, what can we say about our stay.... Having looked at a number of hotels, we chose to stay here after reading that it was owned by a family. It was our first time in Rhodes so we wanted to stay somewhere authentic. And boy we were not disappointed. When you walk away knowing the names of everyone who works there (including their friends who would come and hang out at the bar)...you know there is something special about a place. We received such a friendly and personalised service throughout and that made such a difference to our stay. Everyone was sooo friendly and soo helpful in guiding us with where to visit. We stayed in the larger suite and the room was very spacious and very clean. They come round and clean everyday so you recieve clean towels and beach towels everyday. The pool is excellent! As it's an intermit hotel, there are no shortages of sun beds and the pool is never crowded. The bar is right by the pool so perfect location to lounge around having a cocktail or 2. (Semi makes fantastic cocktails!). Breakfast is served off a menu which means you recieve a freshly cooked item each time. Oh, and the beds...super comfy! We were genuinely blown away by their service and will definitely be heading back! It's a hidden gem only 20 mins away from the airport and 10mins cab ride away from Old Town. There us a pebble beach 5 mins walk which was great! Thank you to every single staff member for making our visit so special. Look forward to coming back! Kitty and Justin

This hotel is absolutely nice and I only can recommend to visit this place. The pool is amazing, the service is excellent, the location is great! You can drive like 10min with the bus to the old town. You have a 5min walk to the beach. Supermarkets are nearby and you can just go directly from your balcony to the pool. The service is always here for help. Especially Ismail! He took care of us the whole vacation and made this holiday even more special! Really good man! Breakfast is also really very very nice! The food is high-quality and the cook did an amazing job! Food was every day on point! Overall, a fantastic experience, which I only can recommend. We will definitely come again!

This family run hotel is relaxed and charming and the staff are very helpful and accomdating. We loved everything about this hotel, from the friendly staff, the spacious rooms, pool area with lots of sun loungers,and delicious choices of food. . The hotel is located a short walk away from the local beach and local restaurants and bars too. We would love to come back in the future.
