The hotel was great. Plenty of sunbeds, more around the children pool would be helpful. Food, was brilliant so many options and loved the themed night. Catering manager and staff were all so friendly and helpful. Loved the snack options when the main food area wasnt open and having a ice cream area … genius! Had a brill time. Only thing to be aware - on flight path - you get used to it but planes are very frequent.

Excellent staff, pool area, food and cleanliness of rooms. (The old part of the hotel was a bit run down but the new hotel rooms were excellent.) the location was good, near to the airport but it was quite noisy due to aircrafts landing over the hotel. Also the beach was rocky not sandy. Waves were heavy everyday due to wind. But it is the windy side of the island so that is a characteristic feature.

The staff is kind and helpful (pool bars, restaurant, reception). The animators are great! The pools are very good for all ages, especially the river pool. The family room is spacious but usually is not cleaned well, there are open closets, which is unusual and not very comfortable. We had a problem with our safe box twice and the water in the shower overflowed which caused us to slip a few times...the floors around the pools are slippery as well

Had a good time at D Andrea mare hotel.The food was amazing, the variety and choice was perfect. All the staff were accommodating and helpful. Leslie from the entertainment team was great, the others however didn’t really speak to us. We stayed in a double room sea view, and I do have to say it was a little unclean when we arrived and there was a crack in the wall where an infestation of ants came through! Besides that, the cleaners came every day and mopped the floor, replaced the towels and gave us bottled water each day. Overall, it was a good experience, would I stay again? Probably not.

It’s been the first time since Covid since I have been away with the family, The whole holiday from start to finish was excellent. The Hotel, management/staff were brilliant and always willing to help, lots of variety when it came to food and all of good quality and quantity. We stayed onsite mostly but there was plenty to do, swimming/sunbathing/volleyball/aqua aerobics more. What was also good about the hotel was that it backs onto a beach so if you got bored of the same routine you could literally walk 2-5mins and you’d be on the beach. Taxis/Excursions can be booked at reception and all for reasonable prices depending on where you want to go. Really pleased with the experience we had in Greece and would most likely book into the same hotel again in the future as it was perfect for myself and family. Thanks to all the staff at D’Andrea Mare it was a pleasure staying at the hotel.

We only had the best experience in the hotel. Very comfy and clean. Cleaning rooms and changing towels on everyday basis. Pools sparkling clean. Private beach not crowded. There is a minimarket where you can buy essentials. Receptionists very welcoming and kind, willing to help with everything you might need. Manager was very nice man, always around the guests with smile on his face and chatting. Waitresses and all round staff very polite. Food was great, variety of international cousine. We had late evening check-in so they prepared sendviches, fruit and water for us in room fridge. After check-out we still got all inclusive service all day as we had flight in the evening. We had all what we have expected. There is only one downside: we wish we could stay longer. Thank you for having a great holiday!

Fantastic, would definitely consider going back here when we next visit Rhodes. From start to finish we all felt a warm welcome from all the staff during our stay. A huge applause to the constant energy and enthusiam of the entertainment teams, restaurant and bar staff. This resort had everything we needed and was top quality, our room was upgraded due to an issue with our original booking, without complication and we were so thankful. Some of the decor with the room we change to was a little dated, but thats me really trying hard to find fault in this stay. We stayed with our 3 year old who had more than enough activities and variety to keep us all entertained. The mix of pools and play equipment was great and there was a even balance of families and adults which didnt make it too noisy or overcrowded, whilst still providing enough involvement in the evenings entertainment. The quality of food was very good with a huge mix of different specials and cuisines on offer throughout the week. Having access to fresh food throughout the day via the snack bar was also welcome. Theres not a huge expectation when it comes to drinks in an all-inclusive, but the machine fed juices could have been better, although the bar staff were on hand all day for other beverages. Theres also good connection via taxi or local buses to old town and local sights. All together it was a brilliant stay and would highly recommend D'Andrea Mare Beach Hotel for anyone looking for a stay in Rhodes

The hotel, rooms and pool area were great. However, we felt the all inclusive amenities to be somewhat lacking. The food was fine not amazing but also something nice could be found. The drinks options were very poor. Both alcoholic and soft drinks. Juice was basically squash. Coffee machine was not great annd no other options. Only wine options were the on tap - white, red, rose no variety or sparkling even at the bar, except on gala dinner night where there was lovely sparkling. The cocktails were pretty much terrible. I wasn’t expecting 5 star but these were poor quality. We still enjoyed our stay and thought the staff, especially animation team were amazing. It’s a great place for families due to size and location of playground, pools and entertainment. The kids club could also use some improvements. As there was no checkin for the kids and felt they could easily wander away if they chose so we felt it necessary to stay close by. There were 2 hour sessions every morning and afternoon with generally the same arts activities. Our daughter enjoyed it but just didn’t give us what we were expecting. Also there do not seem to be enough pool loungers for number of guests. So all are filled with towels by 8am even on the grass area away from the pool. A bit frustrating to have to make sure to send someone out every morning early to get a seat.
