The concierge was excellent. She made arrangements for me to self check in after the front desk was closed because my ferry arrived late at night and she also made arrangements for me to check out and come back later and get my bag and wash up before my flight. Very accommodating! Hotel was nice and new, and in a part of town near many restaurants, shopping, the bus terminal, and the history old town.

A modern gem in the heart of Rhodes

This hotel is an absolute 10/10. It is very new, rooms are equipped with modern furniture. There is a coffee machine, complimentary water and wine upon arrival. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Bathroom is very modern and spacious. Bathrobes and towels are provided. The room and the bathroom are very clean and are being cleaned every day. Hotel is 5 minutes walking distance to Old Town, beaches and central train sitation, located in a decent neighbourhood. Last but not least, Christina at the reception is an angel. She is the most kind, helpful and sincere lady you will ever met. Thank you so much Christina. I would highly recommend this hotel for your holidays in Rhodes. Until next time, take care Rhodes. 😎

Amazing stay, beautiful room with everything you need for a luxury trip, fresh towels and supplies in bathroom and water each day, maid service excellent and always very clean and perfect each day! This hotel was 5 stars until they didn’t call a taxi for me then lied about it. I waited over 20 minutes. They said there was traffic, there was none. In 90 degree weather and 2 suitcases I started running to the cruise ship terminal to not miss my ferry.
