GEEN AANRADER, zwaar onder de verwachtingen!

Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en werd ons voorgesteld eerst te lunchen voor in te checken in onze kamer aangezien het lunchbuffet maar open is tot 14h. Het restaurant van het hotel is een kantine, straalt niets van gezelligheid of professionalisme uit. Het eten is oké maar zeker niet lekker of gevarieerd. Bij het binnenwandelen van onze kamer (kamer 118, in de gang achter de receptie én bijhorende bar) werden we begroet door 10tallen muggen. Verder werden ook verschillende haren op de grond waargenomen, zowel in de slaapkamer als de badkamer. Na klacht zijn ze de kamer opnieuw komen inspecteren en poetsen maar we konden nog steeds haren vinden. Het avondeten was in dezelfde zin als de lunch, very basic maar oké alhoewel de hygiëne hier ook ver te zoeken is aangezien ik een haar vond in mijn eten. Het zwembad is oké maar verouderd, net zoals de ligstoelen en parasols (onaangename plastieken kussens op de ligbedden). Een groot deel van de ligstoelen zijn geplaatst op gras of eerder aarde aangezien het gras platgelopen is (niet aangenaam!) Alsof dit alles nog niet erg genoeg is had onze kamer enorm veel geluidsoverlast van de bar in de hal die tot 2u 's nachts open is. Na klacht hebben ze de muziek iets stiller gezet maar dit was nog steeds te luid om te kunnen slapen, een andere kamer was niet beschikbaar. De volgende dag hebben ze ons gelukkig voor onze 2e en laatste nacht daar een andere kamer voorzien in het achterste (rustigere) gebouw. GEEN AANRADER!

diverse categorie di camere..allo stesso prezzo... Scarafaggi, asciugamani un giorno su due, sarebbe la regola...ma delle volte anche su quattro...essendo al mare... non c'è il telefono in camera..quindi se hai bisogno di chiedere qlcosa..prendi, fai le scale, fai un pezzo di starda..visto che gli edifici sono sparsi..e vai alla reception.. Mi hanno perfino lasciato senza acqua e senza luce..che hanno rimesso a posto solo dopo le mie minacce di chiamare la POLIZIA..Hotel ottimo per rovinarsi le vacanze...
