Loved our stay. Everyone is super helpful. Staff was really nice, they had shows every night, great food with plenty of options. Easy to get reservations at the restaurants. Only thing is the club on site was a waste, only played EDM music. Be sure to go explore areas like Lindos and Rhodes town. It is kinda far but renting a car or taking a ferry is easy

It's a really beautiful resort. Great pools, amazing restaurants and food, champagne bar, entertainment, great gym. The team is amazing. Service is really outstanding. Altzen - one of the drinks waiters - is so incredibly hard working. Chloe from the fitness and entertainments team is so effusive about the resort, and she made an effort every day to talk to and engage with guests. We wouldn't normally go back to the same place but it is so fantastic we have been three times.

From the moment you walk into the foyer, you are warmly greeted by friendly faces and a welcome drink. Concierge take you and your bags to your room and the first walk around the hotel grounds are fantastic. The buildings are impressive, the whole place smells lovely and it just oozes luxury. The drinks are all labelled and plenty, the food choice at every meal is fantastic, a particular favourite was the Asian restaurant and the champagne bar is fantastic! We had a garden view room with pool, the bed was huge and very comfortable, the mini bar was refreshed regularly and absolutely nothing was too much for the lovely staff. We really did have an amazing holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to visit Rhodes

Everything about this place is more than great. I much preferred dining in the (included) al a carte restaurants for lunch. Booking dinner in the al a carte is quite difficult especially if you’re staying around 4 days, it needs to be done 3 days in advance so keep that in mind.

I celebrated my birthday at Mayia Resort and it was absolutely fantastic! Right from our warm welcome by Dimitris, the amazing porter, to the exceptional care from Panagiotis, Tatiana, and Giannis, everything was perfect. This is the sort of place that sets a standard for what a 5* should be! Make sure to make use of the Greek and Italian restaurants in the day time as they offer great choice and freshly prepared. The food won’t disappoint. As far as rooms go we stayed in a swim up room both times and it’s not a make or break by any stretch but is good to wake up to the sun on the swim up pool that is also heated for a quick dip before breakfast! I couldnt recommend it enough. Done 5 days both times and both times have thoroughly enjoyed it.

The Mayia Exclusive Resort was an outstanding experience! As beautiful as the property and breathtaking views are, the staff are the true stars. From the wait staff, cleaning crew, animation team, and spa providers, they all were phenomenal. Some favorites were Amir with his ever present smile making the pizzas and Val, the man of many accents and an imaginative wit. The young woman who made the juices in the Waterfront restaurant was also an absolute treasure. Our swim out junior suite was perfectly situated and offered premium amenities. The pastries and champagne was a nice touch upon our arrival celebrating our anniversary. We also met delightful people and made wonderful friends, that will hopefully last a lifetime.

Lovely striking hotel in a lovely position on the coast. We had an excellent stay here. Hotel is spotlessly clean in all public areas and also the rooms are kept immaculately clean. Excellent service provided by all staff. Food was really good- we ate in the Greek and Asian a la carte Restaurants on 2 evenings but were unable to book a table at the Italian due to no availability-visited for lunch one day instead. We also ate at the Street food and Beach bar as well as the main buffet. Food was excellent in all with a great choice and high standard. We stayed in a bungalow garden view swim up room which was lovely- and having the pool outside our door really added to our enjoyment. The mini bar was always restocked. My only dissatisfaction is in terms of sunbathing. As a bit of a sun worshipper who goes on holiday to relax and sunbathe this was an area of disappointment to me for such a lovely hotel. The swim up rooms include sunbeds however the sun is lost at approximately 2pm during our stay and the patio then in shadow. At this time we were happy to move to the main pool areas however on most days we were unable to get a sunbed as many were being saved early in the day by towels being put out by residents. Many of these beds were hardly used. The hotel management seem unable or unwilling to deal with this issue. They suggest speaking to the lifeguard however he was rarely in position in the afternoons and in our whole stay never took any action with this regard.

We had a great time at Mayia. The major issue was the bookings for the restaurants. The three a la carte restaurants are all relatively small (but always with numerous tables empty!) but are tough to get a reservation in. We had two nights in the buffet restaurant (5/10) before securing reservations for the restaurants that were all 9/10 if not 10. Bookings only available two days before, at midnight. We happened to check in late, 23:55. So enquired to the reception and only a 630 slot was available. This didn't make sense. We found the secret was to find guest services the next day and sign up via WhatsApp. This was a disappointing start to the trip but from there, everything else was pretty much super. Pools massive, no rush for beds, always something decent available. We visited the spa, had a great Cretian massage. We had a swim up room, which was wonderful.

After just under a month of getting back to reality I must say I apologise on the delay for the review I have been extremely busy. The stay was absolutely sensational, we had the best time with such amazing and caring service by the entire staff anytime something was asked or needed to be sorted. There were individual staff members who went above and round to assure our stay was amazing. These members of staff were George the manager- so thoughtful so helpful so lovely and friendly anytime something was asked or needed Krystos the other manager- again so lovely and friendly when a thing was needed Yanice front worker- amazing service and care towards us even being helpful regarding places we could visit Thersapos front worker- forgive me for the spelling if I got the spelling name wrong, he always had a smile on his face and just always made sure we laughed which was so lovely to notice Viscliuis bar worker- made sure our drinks were always 20/10 with the best vibes bought at all times with everyone around Christina bar worker- always asked if our drinks were okay or if we needed anything and was simply lovely I was amazed by the service given overall and look forward to visiting back. Mayia is the best place to visit in Greece and I’ve travelled to Greece many times. I look forward to visiting this resort back

Our stay at this exquisite 5-star, adults-only, all-inclusive resort was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and luxury, which set the tone for the perfect getaway. The attention to detail at this resort is simply unmatched. From the elegant design of the rooms with the comfiest hotel bed we have slept in to the impeccable service throughout, everything was flawlessly executed. We were particularly impressed by the diligence and hospitality of the manager, George. He made it a point to ensure that every aspect of our stay was seamless, and his commitment to excellence was evident in every interaction. A special mention also goes to Panos, whose welcoming and accommodating nature made us feel right at home. His genuine kindness and attentiveness truly elevated our experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. One of the most charming surprises was the hotel's resident cat, Mayia and her friend we soon named ‘Spot’. Their presence added a unique and delightful touch to our stay. Seeing them each morning and evening was a highlight for animal lovers like ourselves. My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic week staying at the Mayia Exclusive Resort & Spa. The staff at the resort made our experience even more wonderful. We’d like to give a special shout-out to the brilliant reception dream team, Tatiana, Christos & Apostolos Giannis, Guest Relations. They were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating—even after our numerous visits to the reception. We enjoyed chatting with them and appreciated their sense of humor. Not forgetting Bledi Dimistris the welcoming porter. We’d like to express our gratitude to Renato & Ale, who tirelessly provided us with drinks despite working during the heatwave. Their smiles, jokes made the experience even better. We also want to thank Luigi and Yiannis for crafting lovely drinks at Senso Bar. Additionally, Fredian from the Greek restaurant was exceptionally attentive during our lunch, the waiters at the Italian restaurant, and Orge, the cart waiter, deserves our appreciation. The entire team at Mayia—the chefs, cleaners & waiters including the lovely ones at the Main restaurant— each and every staff we met contributed to a highly enjoyable stay.
