A little retro equipment in the room. Helpful owner. Very good location, close to the big store, the beach, the main street and restaurants. The price-value ratio is excellent.

Perfect, this is the third time for me at Roseberry and as always the value for money is fantastic, Faliraki is a well-serviced town full of clubs and restaurants with a beautiful beach, Roseberry is a stone's throw from the center positioned to be quiet , clean apartments, managed by Dimitri, a friendly and helpful person

Friendly, clean, good price. A bit noisy at times but nothing to get upset about. Not too many rules and those there were, sensible. I enjoyed my stay, thanks to Dimitris and staff.

Отдыхали в сентябре 2019 года. В общем отель неплохой. Особенно местоположение. Рядом море, центр и магазины. Тихо, спокойно. Ежедневная уборка. Первый раз столкнулась с частичной сменой постельного белья. Когда меняется одна простыня , а вторая перестилается. Полотенце одно меняют, второе сушат. Очень маленькая кухня. И в плане размера , и в комплектации посудой. Нет принадлежностей для варки кофе. Нет бокалов для вина. Одна кастрюлька и одна сковородка, чайник. На фотографиях отеля видно снята хозяйская кухня. В остальном отель соответствует заявленной категории. Кого не интересует кухня. Рекомендую. Персонал ненавязчивый.. на просьбы откликаются. Спасибо Сюзанна.

Premesso , che la vacanza all'isola di Rodi è stata scelta da me e mia moglie , perchè siamo appassionati di Storia ed Archeologia, l'alloggio a Rosemberry studioso era semplice, spartano , ma pulito e molto economico, a noi serviva una base da cui partire , per visitare l'isola in libertà , per questo abbiamo affittato l'auto, siamo molto contenti della scelta, comunque il periodo , dal 13 al 20 ottobre era bassa stagione , il proprietario : Sig. Dimitrios è una persona gentile ed affabile.

Si potrebbe migliorare.

Abbiamo dovuto fare ben tre volte il giro dell'isolato per capire dove era il posto, le indicazioni sono praticamente invisibili e la vietta per entrare altrettanto. Siamo arrivati in vasto anticipo prima che ci potessero dare la stanza. 3 posti macchina, che se hai fortuna ne trovi uno libero sennò affari tuoi. Il proprietario ci ha detto di farci un giro, tornare dopo mezz'ora e ci avrebbero dato la stanza. Siamo tornati dopo un'oretta (tempo di vedere faliraki e orientarci) e lui è sembrato particolarmente contrariato dal fatto che avevamo fatto "ritardo". Stanza ok, il proprietario è invisibile. Vive li vicino, ma la "reception" non l'abbiamo mai vista usata. Se hai un problema, prega di trovarlo li nei dintorni prima delle 19.30 in cui ti dice che va a dormire. Pulizia della stanza ogni giorno, anche se per una giornata non abbiamo avuto asciugamani per lavarci e abbiamo dovuto usare i nostri del mare. La sera prima di partire, intorno alle 22 ci siamo ricordati del discorso "check out". Chiamarlo o non chiamarlo alle 22 per domandarglielo? Come dovevamo comportarci visto che dovevamo uscire alle 7 dagli studios? Mistero. Abbiamo provato a chiamarlo la mattina stessa, senza nessuna risposta. Alla fine abbiamo lasciato le chiavi nella stanza e mandato un messaggio al proprietario. Preoccupazione per il cliente pari a zero. Ci sono molte zanzare, quindi vi consiglio di comprarvi spray. Il condizionatore non è nel prezzo degli studios.

Einfache Unterkunft für kleines Geld in Top Lage

Die Studios liegen in der Nähe der Batstreet und sind auch nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Für den günstigen Preis kann man keine großen Komfort erwarten. Aber die Zimmer sind top sauber und alles funktioniert auch das kostenlose Wi-Fi. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut zu empfehlen.

Hotel ist keinesfalls empfehlenswert!

waren Okt 17 14 Tage zu "Gast". Von einem Hotel kann nicht die Rede sein, eine Rezeption ist nicht vorhanden. Am "Eingang" findet man einen Zettel mit einer Telefonnummer, die man bei Anreise (auf eigene Kosten) anruft. Dann kommt der Hausbesitzer mehr oder minder zeitnah und zeigt das Zimmer. Bei uns war die Bettwäsche schmutzig. Da der Hausbesitzer dann aber sehr schnell unauffindbar verschwunden war, riefen wir erneut an um frische Bettwäsche und einen zusätzlichen Satz Handtücher zu bekommen. Die Antowort: Wir seien nicht in einem fünf Sterne Hotel und die Bettwäsche sei gewaschen, die Flecken gingen aber nicht raus. Kurz daruaf wurde uns mit Rausschmiss (ohne Rückerstattung unserer bereits gezahlten Kosten) gedroht, da wir seiner Meinung nach unverschämt und überheblich seien und ihn nicht respektieren würden. Der vorhandene Topf war total verfettet, die Kochplatte verrostet. Im Kühlschrank lagerte der Schimmel und zum Reinigen gab es lediglich einen abgenutzten alten Schwamm. Das Bad ist klein und man muss mit Ungeziefer rechnen, warmes Wasser gibt es nur kurz und auch nur zu bestimmten Zeiten des Tages. Wann zuletzt Staub gewischt wurde, ist unklar. Definitiv nicht vor unserer Ankunft. Das Zimmer wurde erstmals nach einer Woche Urlaub "gereinigt", es wurden frische Handtücher gebracht und der Boden gekehrt. Klopapier gabs nur auf Nachfrage. Allgemein sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und man hört den Hausbesitzer ab 7 Uhr Morgens permanent durch die Gegend schreien.

Nice hotel close to the beach and the city center

Roseberry Studios has rooms with private bathroom and a tiny kitchen. The rooms are basic and simple, so they are perfect for young people and couples. The very positive aspect of the studios is that they are in a strategic position: close to the beach and close to the city center. In less than 10 minutes you can reach the beach on foot and in two minutes you're in the city center where you can find all sorts of restaurants, shops, bars and clubs. Faliraki has a vivid nightlife and in bars music is always very loud. But Roseberry Studios are in a small private street and there it's very quiet and you here no noise at all. For every problem, question or request there's Dimitris. He's the nicest person, he's very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend Roseberry Studios for their strategic position in Faliraki to all those who don't look for too big and luxurious rooms.

Consiglio vivamente a tutti di soggiornare qui...rapporto qualita'/prezzo eccellente...pulizia delle camere quotidiana... La struttura è gestita a conduzione familiare..due persone simpaticissime,molto alla mano e soprattutto hanno una soluzione per ogni tipo di problema che incontrate.... Che dire.......se torno a faliraki so già dove prenotare... l'albergo è situato a 2 passi dal mare e in pieno centro........

Nous avons passer 10 jours dans cette hotel, nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit nous avons dû appeler le propriétaire qui habite juste à coter il est arrivé en 2 minutes il nous a tres tres bien accueilli ( offert une bouteille d'eau, nous à expliquer ce qu'il y avais à proximité, nous à montrer la chambre) . L'hotel est tres calme malgré la proximité des boites de nuit, la plage est situé à 3 minutes à pied. Le ménage est fait tous les jours par les propriétaires. Nous avons passer un super séjour

Familiäres Hotel nahe Strand und Zentrum

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und konnten uns unser Zimmer sogar auswählen. Das hübsche Hotel liegt 3 Gehminuten vom Strand und 1 Gehminute vom Zentrum entfernt. Obwohl so nah, ist es sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung bis gut und die Zimmer freundlich eingerichtet. Für die Klimaanlage muss man allerdings extra zahlen. Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel, wo ich nochmal buchen würde.

Ottimo studio, piccolo ma essenziale vicino alla spiaggia e al centro cittadino; molto carino, fanno le pulizie tutti i giorni. Aria condizionata da prendere per forza (5€ a notte) visto il gran caldo. Il proprietario vi consiglierà se vi occorre. Peccato per la doccia che ha la tenda e quindi acqua dappertutto, ma visto il prezzo accettabile

Satisfied with our stay!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week (21-28 June 2016). We arrived the first night at around 9 pm and the front office was closed; however, there is a number to call the owners of the building and they immediately came to greet us and let us in our room. The rooms have air conditioning but ours seemed to take hours to get the room to a comfortable temperature. We let the owners know and they brought a fan for us to use which made a huge difference and we were quite happy. The room is equipped with a small fridge, tv, safe, sink, dual hot plate to cook, and plates/cups, etc.. Our room also had a decent balcony. Roseberry Studios is probably about a two minute walk to bars, restaurants, and shopping in Faliraki. Faliraki beach is probably a 5-7 minute walk away. My only complaint with Roseberry Studios was the A/C taking too long to cool down the room and one of the days we stayed the electricity went out for about an hour, but the owner contacted the electric company and they got it fixed. Overall, for the price I paid for an entire week, I would have to say it was definitely worth it and I definitely recommend this place if you're on on a budget and trying to save money. Also, there are plenty of places to rent cars,scooters, and ATVs right around the corner that do not require a deposit (I found this out after I rented a car from Budget at the airport and they require a 500 euro cash deposit or a 750 euro deposit on a credit card. No debt cards accepted).

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Posizione fantastica a 2 passi da tutto. Fanno le pulizie ogni giorno e il custode è sempre disponibile. Nella cucina c'è tutto il necessario anche se è molto piccola. Anche il bagno è piccolo, ma per una settimana è più che sufficiente. Consigliato!!
