"Overall stay was ok but the check in process was a mess. I paid for an extra day because I was coming in the middle of the morning with several little kids and the gate had a padlock on it. I was stuck outside for 1 hour waiting for the code at 1am with extremely tired kids. The answering company was pretty rude and told me not to call back again about the same problem. "The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was nice, although I didn't use anything other than the full size refrigerator. The staff was super nice overall. Easy parking and felt safe. A great experience for a basic hotel."
