On arrival they didn’t even acknowledge our presence - both tapping away on their computers - until one finally acknowledged us and said the other one would check us in. "We stayed Easter Sunday night on a bed & breakfast deal. Our room was on the Tiger Bay Floor (top floor) Room was a super king bed, very comfy, fabulous walk in shower with lovely fluffy towels and nice toiletries. Small balcony with fab views towards Penarth and over looking the wetlands. Room also had coffee / tea / fridge complimentary water and Welsh Cakes. In room safe and hanging wardrobe and drawers We also had robes and slippers which were excellent for going to the spa. Breakfast was excellent, albeit busy we had a great table overlooking the Bay. Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff in all departments. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "
