"The hotel was super modern and clean. Spa was lovely but an extra cost. A little out of the way."

"Loved the balcony offering view over the surrounding countryside . Room immaculate and bed comfortable. Staff always friendly and helpful. Found too many ares given over to dogs , I have owned dogs myself however most definitely do not approve of them one areas serving food ."

"I arrived from London on the motorcycle and had a warm welcome with a lovely comfortable bed and a very good bathroom with a top class shower. Sadly I arrived too late for their delicious menu as the kitchen closes early on Sunday. But I will be back very soon as I have moved near Chester and Bala is only miles away. Highly recommended. "Beautiful property within walking distance of the castle. Parking was free, in the back of the hotel, although it required driving through a very narrow passageway. Our room was gorgeous."

"Very quiet and comfortable beds. Nice breakfast.. I ordered a coffee as wanted a latte that wasnt included. It was no trouble and made at the bar.. delicious. The hotel is very clean with nice toiletries and tastefully decorated throughout. Staff were frieny and helpful"
