Siamo arrivati consegnati i documenti, assegnata una stanza non rifatta, la donna delle pulizie si è scusata e ci ha aperto un'altra con un condizionatore degli anni '80 molto squallida per un 4 stelle. Ci siamo preparati per la piscina, scendiamo nella hall e il personale ci dice che non solo la piscina è chiusa in quanto ce un matrimonio, ma in più è a pagamento! Dopo milioni di proteste dove si sono associati altre famiglie, ci suggerivano di scendere in spiaggia, abbiamo rifiutato e abbiamo aspettato l'orario di apertura della piscina, ancora aspetto che mi chiedano i soldi. Avevo prenotato una matrimoniale con lettino, ci hanno dato un letto matrimoniale composto da due lettini uniti da un lenzuolo. La mattina dopo scesi per la colazione...squallida e inesistente! hotel.com se nn vuole perdere clienti che si organizzi con strutture adeguate. Ho pagato 135€ per avere cosa? la camera aveva crepe nei muri dappertutto, la doccia con un doccino anni '60

Eravamo diretti al festival di Caulonia ed abbiamo scelto l'albergo per la presenza della piscina, che aime' non era fruibile per lo svolgimento di una cerimonia. Purtroppo durante la prenotazione non sono stato informato di questa eventualità. Comunque il personale dell'albergo è riuscito a trovare una soluzione riservandoci un ombrellone alla spiaggia vicina. La colazione non è stata un gran che, anche per la totale assenza di privacy visto che non erano previsti tavoli separati ma dei tavoloni comuni

Great for function accommodation, not for a resort

We stayed here for convenience as we attended a wedding here. Apparently it was off season so facilities were limited. There was no food available when we arrived and the breakfast included consisted of crouton like bread in packets with a selection of jams and chocolate or custard croissants. Rooms were very noisy as you could hear people in hallway due to tiled floors. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Lovely views of the water and the hills behind. Was a bit hard to enjoy a drink at the bar the next night when it was full of another wedding's guests. Room was not cleaned everyday. Wifi not available in the rooms and was even difficult to use in the lobby.

Soggiorno di qualche giorno in famiglia. La struttura è bella e abbastanza nuova. Ben tenuta in generale. Bella piscina e parco curato. Panorama ottimo. Colazione offerta un po' al di sotto di un quattro stelle. Personale a volte inesistente (ho dovuto prendere le chiavi della stanza da sola almeno in un paio di occasioni), quando esistente però abbastanza cordiale. Condizionatore rumoroso posizionato sotto la finestra di fianco al letto.

L'albergo si trova in cima ad una collina, da dove si può godere di un bel panorama. La presenza di una piscina lo rende ideale anche per lunghi soggiorni. Struttura dotata di sale conferenze

Hotel vista mare, ma a 2 Km dal mare e assordante

Hotel nuovo, penso anno 2006, ma di tecnologia antiquata, un esempio,tutte le camere ha il condizionatore in camera, ma è uno split, quindi ha all'esterno della parete il compressore, al suo funzionamento risuonano le pareti creando un'orchestra di rumori che non ti lascia dormire, come se non bastasse, la direzione dell'hotel ha pensato di arrotondare organizzando cerimonie nel piazzale della piscina, con musica e balli di vario genere, ovviamente di sera che però si protraggono fino alle 2:00 di notte infastidendo i clienti nelle camere, inoltre per non farci mancare niente, sul retro dell'hotel, dove ci sono la maggioranza delle camere, è situata la centrale idrica, dove vengono gestite le varie utenze come piscina, irrigazione, acqua sanitaria, etc. per la quale il funzionamento prevedono vari motori che risuonano nel piazzale retrostante. Il corridoio per accedere alle camere non è di moquette, ma semplici piastrelle, quindi tutti i carrelli che passano nei corridoi, partendo da quello per le pulizie alle valigie dei nuovi clienti o a quelli che vanno via, risuonano tutte le giunture creando un suono simile a quello di un treno di passaggio. Attenzione a come fate la prenotazione, Vi informo che l'hotel prevede una tessera club se volete fare il bagno in piscina o accedere alla spiaggia privata, ma che ha altre formule che ha incluso questa tessera, se prenotate senza la mezza pensione e desiderate ottenerla in hotel, dovete sborsare una sostanziosa quota.

The photograph of this hotel does not do it justice. It is a very large and exquisite hotel with views overlooking the enormous pool and ocean. Set high on a hill it is in a very quiet and away from it all area. Staff very helpful with any requests.

Good Hotel in Season

Hotel has a lofty location with good views. it was barely open with some 90 rooms, but we initially got one at the back. Looked at two further rooms, before finally one looking to the coast. Admittedly we did ask for a room with a balcony, but none did. Breakfast was minimal for a good quality hotel, served in the bar by the night staff. Price a bit steep for this time of year (obviously out of season for this location).
